Our car developed a power steering issue. The guys at Navcar towed the car to their garage and fixed our issue. The car redeveloped the same issue again and the guys repaired the car for free. Great service and the work is done in good time. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Great customer service and lovely staff. Fast turn around and really helpful. My own car had finally died and I needed a hire car for a week to commute and find a new one. I did a search online and there are a couple of other car hire places that would have been slightly cheaper, but they were local and some had excellent reviews. I chose Navcar Car Hire because I know people that have had such positive experiences with them in the past and I knew I would get good service. During the hire, a 3rd party drove into the side of my hire car whilst it was parked. Navcar engaged with the 3rd party insurers and were able to return my full excess within 12 days of returning the damaged vehicle without me having to spend any time sorting it out - for which I am extremely grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Great company. Very efficient and and keen prices. In addition to recovery, they recently started doing vehicle repairs as well. I had them replace the back box from my exhaust pipe which had fallen off. Within 4 hours, they had sourced the part, fitted it and put me back on the road, all at a very reasonable price. Please disregard all the false reviews, clearly written by the same person with multiple fake accounts. My work vehicle broke down on the M6 and I had it recovered by breakdown provider to NavCar. It was now getting late in afternoon, after speaking with provider and Lez, NavCar had quickly ordered the required parts (water pump (and timing belt kit) and had them ready in workshop when we arrived around 8pm. Staff were friendly and offered the recovery driver and myself tea/coffee on arrival. The mechanic was straight to work on the car once unloaded, and I went to the local pub half a mile away for some food (and a shandy of course). By 9:40pm the car was just being tested and last few parts being reassembled. Lez had taken photos of the damaged pump etc in situ, and the broken parts were shown to me as the mechanic explained the already replaced timing kit had been incorrectly fitted and the garage who changed the belt kit previously couldn't be bothered to change the provided water pump (bad practice!) Better still, the cost was covered by my breakdown provider. Being in the trade myself I was impressed with these guys, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to get me back on the road the same evening.

I can not thank this company enough. From start to finish a 1st class service was provided. We broke down I phoned Nav car and lez the (owner) arranged recovery for the car and all the passengers. The truck turns up driver looks at the car diognoses the fault. The driver then takes us home and takes the car to Nav car garage for the work to be done. The morning after lez the owner call me with a estimate of what the repairs and parts will cost before any work was undertaken I gave the go ahead and the car was ready to be collected the same day early evening. I really can not recommend this company enough well done guys 1st class service and reasonable prices.

My friend and i were out driving late 1 night and we hit a pot hole. We called out navcar recovery they give us a 60 Minute ETA and arrived within 45 minutes. They recovered us back to their base and changed the tyre. the driver was really nice I think his name is Lucas. Truck was clean and warm. Fast Response and well priced. They even advised us to make a claim against the council which we did and we received compensation for the tyre. I've told all my friends about them they were amazing

Outstanding service and customer care from this company - twice! Speedy recovery after an RTA which maybe isn't overly unusual, however, after dealing with an awkward representative of the insurance company I phoned Navcar who explained the claim process and listed the damage to the car in order to help me decide whether to go through the insurance company or not! Unfortunately I got a parking ticket in the short time it took to be rescued and Navcar once again came to the rescue in the form of Lez who kindly and willingly sent me a screen shot of the 'recovery job' as requested by Oldham Council parking services. Not only a screenshot but designed the email so that I could forward with ease, this was all done immediately whilst I was on the phone! So refreshing to have such great service! Well done Navcar! I'll be honest, i didn't specifically search the name. My search was broadly worded, what drawn me to Nav Car though was the 24 hr availability and mobility of the service for tyre repair. Was recovered by the truck with my flat which was looking well and not at all bashed up or wrecked, taken to base for a repair and turned around within the hour. The base is very clean and professionally laid out. Loads of tyres on the 2nd floor for replacements. Multiple ramps for repairs, Knowledgeable helpful guys. Thank you for your assistance today. Had a problem with keyless starting on my nissan. Call nissan: we no idea, bring down in a week's time for £60 diagnostic and can start from there. Call navcar: know exactly what the issue is, will be 3 hours labour to fix and you can bring it down now. Need I say more?

I can only say positive things about Navcar. A good selection of nearly new, clean cars to meet the customers’ requirements. Offered at a fair and competitive rate. Navcar provide a complimentary drop off and pick up service if you live near Sedgley or Hendon. I was able to pay by card over the phone and a car was sent to me within an hour of my initial enquiry. Customer service is friendly and of a high standard. I used to be a satisfied Enterprise customer, but now I am a more than satisfied Navcar customer instead.
