M. W.I always receive good service from the centre. The customer service is always polite and courteous and keep Me up to date with progress at regular intervals. The mechanics have always done a good repair and have been honest in their opinions and advice. The workshop & MOT bay are top quality and clean which is a reflection on the care taken on my vehicle.

D.Can't thank the staff enough at Parkhills, my alternator went on my car I dropped my car off about 2-30ish and got a telephone call at 4-45 the same day to say my car was ready for me to collect. Helen and Megan on reception where very friendly, helpful and polite. John the gentleman who did my car I can't thank enough for doing the work on my car. Highly recommend Parkhills and will definitely be using them again. Thank you so much.

Megan on reception is very friendly and always have a laugh when waiting for my car. Cannot fault this place and will be bringing future cars here

G. T.Trustworthy, and honest. I thought I had an electrical problem. These guys quoted £60 (1 hour) to investigate, check wiring and fuses etc.
It turns out that, by sheer fluke, both headlight bulbs had failed at the same time and that's all the problem was. New bulbs fitted, just over £30 charged in total. They could have kept to the original quote and I'd have had no complaint, but they were quite open that the job was done and dusted inside half an hour.
Friendly folks on the front desk, too. Highly recommended.
