Brilliant garage, I bought my car in at 9 this morning after calling yesterday and had it back by 2.30pm with a replaced calliper, disc and break pad. I'm so happy I have found this garage, they are very fast, explain everything and are great value, best in the area. A few months ago I bought the car in and they did a complimentary puncture repair. I'll be coming here for any other repairs/MOT's. Wish I had found this garage years ago!

Very helpful and friendly. I called in as I had a problem with my wheel. The guy told me what was likely to be the problem and gave me advice. Unfortunately they were fully booked for 2 weeks so I couldn't use them but I would use them on another occasion.

First time using parkway autos as my location had changed. Found it very easy to arrange a day to bring my car in for its yearly service and staff were very friendly. My car was returned on the same day after needing some work done, which I suspected would be needed. The price was reasonable and quality was good. I was quickly able to arrange a suspension/tracking check after hitting a resurfacing ramp at speed. The garage were quick and efficient and to top it all off, they didn't even charge for the inspection!

My Mazda failed its MOT and my normal garage where unable to carry out the work. Parkway autos went above and beyond to fit me in and to get the repairs done as soon as possible to get me back on the road. Good communication throughout. Fair price. I've been a customer for about 20 years. Soja and team are the best independent car retailers I know. They always provide excellent advice, even if it means they won't make as much money. They charge reasonable rates and do outstanding work. The cars come back clean, and the repairs have never failed. They are all that is good in a decent, hard-working business. I can't rate them highly enough, knowing that in this line of work there are plenty of rogues and phonies.

We've been using parkway autos for over 10 years now. They are so friendly, helpful and honest, and always make sure that we get excellent service. No charge for diagnostics and they even switched my dad's tyre for free, and have come out to our house with no charge with a mobile battery pack when we couldn't jump start ours. They are very helpful with advice on buying new cars and can also recommend other specialists to save you money vs using the main dealer. We would recommend to anyone!

My first experience with Parkway autos was a few years ago when they let my friend borrow a jump start kit for to get his car going. Several years later i had an issue with my car that turned out to be a small fix which they repaired without charge. Several months later I had another major issue with my car and my first port of call was Parkway. I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and consultative. They discussed the various options with me and did completed the work within the price estimation. I would definitely use them again and would always recommend to others!

We have used Parkway Autos since 2009. They are helpful and honest and do not overcharge. They will ask what sort milage/type of journey the vehicle is used for and take account of this in routine servicing and advice about timing of routine maintenance. They were absolutely brilliant with my elderly mother-in-law when maintaining her car. I can totally recommend them. (Latest service and MOT April 2019)

Have used Parkway Autos a few times now for repairs and MOTs. Always completely open and honest about the situation. Recently gave me some advice which was for my own benefit and didn't benefit themselves in anyway purely out of a duty to good customer service. Much appreciated and would definitely recommend.

Amazing service. These guys recovered my car for me after some absolute **** crashed into it and drove away in the night. However parkway autos picked up the car for me and repaired all the damage, and even did the bodywork for no extra charge! They kept me informed throughout the week and broke down the bill for me. They even got me under the car and showed me the damage which gave me that extra reassurance that they were honest people! Will be going back for all my MOTs and services!

I dropped off my car for a temporary repair to my exhaust, while I tried to sum up the courage to pay for a new one. When I asked for the car to be put on a ramp, so I could inspect what work was done, they were happy to shuffle a lot of cars around to make this happen. they had FAR exceeded the work required, and with what looked like a vast amount of work, have given me practically a new exhaust. Cannot recommend them enough, as this is work that was never going to be seen by anyone, and did themselves out of a fat paycheck - as I would have been going to them for a new exhaust anyway.. I also had the same car towed to the garage, and they stayed open late to receive it. Btw, anyone want to buy a car?;-)

We were almost scammed by Kwik Fit in Fallowfield because they said our exhaust would need completely replaced (costing £360) but at the last minute I decided to get a second opinion from Parkway Autos and they were kind enough to look at it within 10 minutes of me ringing. Turns out the exhaust was fine. I booked in for an MOT with these guys and they booked it in for weds midday and I had my car back by 4, after having to have more repairs. Can't praise these guys enough, so nice and understanding, and definitely not scammers!! For anyone not sure where to get MOTed, go here!!!
