D. S.Just wanted to say a big thanks to Jane Dervan, customers are all to quick to complain but never give great feedback when its deserved . Visited lots of dealers who promised to get back to me, e-mail me or call but no one ever did !! Popped in to see Jane who was snowed under but still gave us her time and looked after us late on in the day. E-mailed and called me with updates on availability and the finance every day after until we finally got sorted. Gave great advice and got me a great deal. Collected my Van 4 days after our first contact..

Only problem is they diagnosed leak in steering rack in my mercedes (not the one pictured) but later when I took it to independent specialist they said there was no leak... Just topped up the fluid and after 2 months its still ok.

J.My car was sent here after an accident by my Insurance company. There were issues with the insurer and I had trouble getting hold of anyone but once I phoned Pentagon Lynn was fantastic. She went over and above to track down my car, speak to the insurer and the repair agents get my car brought to the site. She sorted me out with a courtesy car and kept me informed and up to date throughout. Brilliant customer service. Highly recommended.

Prices quite high. I paid £99 for diagnostic, after then they charge £380 for checking fallout code plus fixing a problem depends of the reason issue. I fixed by my self for only £4.
Sure they knew what was the problem but without £380 upfront they won't help you.

Jane Dervan was dealing with my purchase and she was very helpful and made it a hassle free process. I’m not local to this garage but this was never an issue. I was sent a very detailed video of my van and they also delivered the van to my home address. Would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from here.

We rang round various Vauxhall dealers who told us they could get us the van we wanted but they kept moving the time frame and we needed to change the van by mid October.
We eventually called into Paragon in Middleton and spoke to Jane Dervan, she was really helpful whilst not pushing any particular van on us.
We decided that the best option was a new long wheel based Combo, not the most common van around but Jane sourced one for us.
From then on the purchase of the van proceeded really smoothly, Jane kept us informed of progress by email and everything was completed as promised, including the addition of a roof rack and ply boarding of the inside.
That is exactly how a van or car purchase should be dealt with and something I’ve never experienced previously.
