I cannot recommend the team at Bridge Motor Co enough. They really value their customers and have gone the extra mile more than once for me. My first car turned into a bit of nightmare and as it constantly needed repairs they worked really hard to keep in my budget whilst ensuring the car was up to standard. When purchasing my next vehicle I took it in for a once over and andy found it had been in a collision! This wasn’t declared to me upon purchase and I returned the car. Luckily my second attempt worked out and I feel very confident I now have a great car as I took it to them again. They are trustworthy, friendly and super helpful, I have asked them a thousand questions, never felt like I was putting them out or my questions were stupid. All in all a great company.

Brilliant service from Bridge Motor Co. on a recent complex problem with our car. They undertook diagnostics, liaised with a warranty company and completed all work in time to a high standard (including coming up with an innovative cost-saving solution for one part of the job). Very highly recommended, I found them to be polite, friendly and exceptionally helpful. I had phoned about a problem with the wing-mirror of my Mum's car. Tracy was lovely and when I brought the car in to be assessed the technician managed to fix it there and then. And because it was so quickly sorted they very generously refused my offer of payment. We will definitely go back.

Amazing Service! So they dont open at weekends, they close at 5pm sharp, you cant book online. What you DO get are mechanics that know about cars, how to diagnose and how to repair. Something you dont get at Halfords or National Tyres I found out to my cost. Who are great for tyres, batteries, oil changes but not much else. I highly reccomend this garage

I haven't actually had any work done by Bridge Motor garage but I did speak to one of the staff members on the phone who was extremely helpful and kind. He took the time to explain to me what my car needed and even suggested alternative garages that could do this for me (I needed bodywork doing which they don't do here). Very honest and helpful. I will definitely use them in future

I used this garage on the recommendation of a friend, when I noticed some seemingly small faults on a car I purchased just 2 weeks ago. They did an extremely thorough check of the car for me, and found not only several small faults but several MOT failures which would have cost me more than the car was worth to repair when the MOT was due in 6 months time. They explained my rights and how to get a refund, gave me a thorough written report to take back to the garage I had bought the car from, and spoke to the sales man on the phone when he was refusing to take the car back and refund me, which resulted in me getting a full refund. Not only were the staff here experienced and extremely knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to help me get the refund I was entitled to for being sold a faulty car. I can’t recommend the garage enough and when looking for a new car I will be bringing them to The Bridge Motor Co. to receive a thorough check before purchasing.

Good garage, going to make sure I use these guys as my local garage from now on. Went in at approximately lunch time with the dread red oil can warning light. Guy at the reception desk was extremely detailed and explained exactly what it could be, what they could do. I explained I knew of problems with this cars oil pressure switch he, he agreed it might well be that but could also be much more serious. At no point did I feel pressured into paying for diagnostics etc, in fact quiet the opposite. They said it probably wouldn't be done until the he following day, might be same day if lucky. Within 2 hours later they had identified the problem, 2 hours later again they had fixed it. All the staff were very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Just a point on one of the other reviews complaining about charging for a diagnostic test, all decent garages do. The test here was a bit more expensive than I've paid in the past certainly not a rip off by any means, charging the same price as most chain garages in fact. Would certainly recommend this place to anyone.

Took my car for an MOT last week and could not be more delighted with their excellent service. My car was going to fail its MOT due to a missing wheel nut. It's a Tesla so they went to the Tesla garage in Stockport the same day to get a new wheel nut so it passed. Superb service. Highly recommend.
