J. C. (.Came in for a factory recall and to get a setting updated on the car that can only be done by a Toyota garage. I was quoted 1 hour 30 mins on the phone for the update but this changed to 2 hours when I got here, probably a backlog or something else.
Appointment overran by 10 mins so pretty spot on.
Staff followed strict Covid safety guidelines and were friendly.
