Brilliant service. Can not recommend highly enough. Polite and honest workers. Always willing to help, efficient and with competitive pricing. In my experience previous garages have not completed full service correctly, have been unable to replace tyres (leaving them illegal) and not completing tyre pressures correctly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I used E & E services for the 1st time this week for quite a few jobs on my jaguar xfr, before handing my keys over the guy at the desk went through all of the jobs i asked them to do so we were both singing off the same hymn sheet. my car threw up a couple of minor issues so i was contacted each time and given the total price to rectify these before any work was completed, they also contacted the warranty company for me about 1 of the jobs and got that covered. totally professional in every aspect and communication was spot on. upon collecting the car every job was discussed with me so we all knew where we stood, the paperwork was all ready and the online service history had been updated correctly. cannot fault them at all, sometimes leaving your pride & joy with a place you have never used can be daunting, i can confidently say you will have no issues using this place. 100% will be using again for whatever pops up next on the car. thanks very much E & E from a very happy customer.

Can only say that this company deserves the five star rating I've given them. I have an issue with my Jaguar and their name popped up during an online query so I emailed them and explained my problem. Just to point out I don't live in England. They answered my email within an hour and told me what is required to sort the issue and most importantly they even offered to talk to whatever garage I got and explain the procedure to rectify the problem. This kind of attitude is something that is rarely if ever found in business these days. You are a credit to your profession and I really appreciate you taking the time to help me out.

Excellent service from E&E, I had a few peoblems with my Jaguar XE and it needed a major service. I booked it into and dropped it off told them the porblems, four hours later I got a call, all sorted and car running beautifully again.

Had a service on my XF 2.2d Didn’t know which was required but they looked up history and done the correct service when they could have done a very much more expensive service and I wouldn’t have been any the wiser Excellent customer service and kept me informed through out the day of any issue that they came across Really good advice and will use them again

After battery replacement the central looking system failed and could not lock the car. After local garage could not reset the car was sent to jaguar dealer to see if able to fix the issue. After a diagnostic check was told the car needed 2 new fuse boxes at a c4azy cost !! So called EandE to book the car in a week later drove down and issue was fixed before I could even finish my coffee, fantastic service and very good rates to sort the issue out. My advice is call these guys first before even thinking about taking it to a jaguar specialist (main dealer)if that's what they call themselves!!
