Hi , have used frosts a few times for some complicated and difficult body work. What an amazing service from start to finish. The attention to detail is so good.The guys have everything perfect. Love having my van back and smile every time I see it. Carl and all at frosts have looked after me very well and kept me up to date with all progress. Nice workshop space and a friendly atmosphere. Excellent 5 star service

Cannot recommend these guys enough for any repairs, any bodywork you need done. 100/10. Carl from start to finish was the best, very informative and went beyond what I had expected, With a quick turnover time for the car being repaired but to a factory finish I was overly satisfied with the work these guys did. Carl and the team rang me up throughout the process to keep me updated on how the car is doing, and doubled checked with me making sure I was happy. The best customer service I’ve had from anyplace. Carl definitely deserves some recognition as a huge asset to the company. 👍🏽

Very great services indeed from Carl to Siobhan. Carl efficiently followed up my quote and communicate with my insurance company for a claim, which made myself relaxed after a car accident I had just experienced. Once all claims & quote are clear, Siobhan scheduled my car in for 10 days and arranged a courtesy car, everything is on schedule and repair is well delivered. Many thanks.

Absolutely FIVE STAR service. Highly recommended! My insurance company initially suggested I go to one of their approved garages, however, after visiting that garage I felt uncomfortable leaving my expensive car with them. A friend of mine (Who works for Audi) had been to Frosts before for a repair on his car, so recommended Frosts to me as an Approved Audi repair center. I am so delighted with the outstanding work carried out and the customer service provided, from the initial inspection and estimate the Frosts team were off to a flying start, filling me with great confidence in their ability to complete the repairs and return my cars in better shape than before. Courteous staff on the phone and just as friendly in person. My experience has been been a positive one. Stage 1: The Friendly Assessor who smiled and shook my hand and explained the process to me. Stage 2: Dropped my car and collected hire car (as arranged by my insurer). The female member of staff (and not "Bird" as so rudely described by another reviewer) handed me the keys to the hire car explaining all I needed to know. Stage 3: Drop off hire car and collect my car, which was repaired to a high standard and washed equally as well. A before and after image shows more than I can express in words. I didn't give 5 stars as there may have been an over enthusiastic test pilot who drove my car because average speed showed only 17 mpg where I consistently achieve late 40s around town and 60+mpg on extra urban routes! I may have to invest in a dash cam to limit teenage technicians et al from enjoying my Honda power in the future. Drive it like you stole it, lol Thank you Frosts for looking after my cherished Honda Accord Estate despite my above comment.

I was very impressed with the high quality service this company has made the repairs to my car, for the second time round and during these exceptionally difficult times! I had damages on my bumper but when I got my car back, it was like a brand new car. The repairs were completed to perfection! Not only my car was cleaned on the outside but also inside! Thank you so much for the wonderful job! The admin team handling my query was superb, very polite and courteous, always willing to help in every way! Thank you for all the work you have done for me! Although we always try to avoid accidents to our car but unfortunately at times these things happen unexpectedly. At least we know that Frost's will always come to our rescue and reassure us that the job will be completed to the highest quality and that they will deal with us in a friendly and professional manner! Shamefully reversed in to a skip and wrecked my tailgate. A traumatic and expensive time, made so much easier by dealing with an approved and authorised repair centre. The staff were amazing, courteous and helpful. The results are (in a very good way) undramatic. It's like nothing ever happened to the car! Courtesy car was a basic but decent Skoda, only 200 miles on the clock with everything we needed to function in life! Possibly a little more costly than unapproved , but so worth it. Repair to front wing of my car ...after the A frame of the ladder became dislodged in my garage ...and caused unfortunate damage to said wing, repaired by Frosts in a most professional manner. The work was fairly priced, carried out swiftly to an excellent standard. The staff were delightful and provided helpful input all the way through the process. Very happy to recommend.

I work for a large retail group. my car is leased every 2 years. I recently had a bump in the rear which although wasn’t bad it was damn annoying!! Going through insurance was a nightmare, I got so many calls I didn’t know who I was talking to half the time. Thankfully Frosts were great, they were recommended to me by an accident management company and some people I knew from work. They came out to look at the damage quite quickly and the guy that came was helpful and professional. He noted I had some extra damage on my car not related to the rear bumper and assessed this for me too. Within a few days I had a booking date and a reasonable quote for the additional work. I know from experience handing a car back of lease can cost!! My vehicle was collected as promised on the day. 3 days later I got my car back and paid over the phone for the additional work. The vehicle came back clean and sparkling. The work was great and saved me a bundle in off lease charges. I found the assessor friendly and professional. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a pity they don’t run bigger courtesy cars but overall I can’t fault the service or quality of repairs. Recommended!!

I had been referred to Frosts by a Volkswagen dealership who knew how fussy I was when it came to the aesthetics of my vehicle. I called frosts a week before my paintwork warranty expired, after I told them about my urgency for the claim to be logged, they promptly arranged an appointment for me that suited me. First time around Volkswagen had rejected the claim with an unfair dismissal of the claim, but Mark Storey persisted on getting the claim authorised by calling the dealership I purchased the car from and after continuously being told no, we finally got an approval! Volkswagen took so long to approve the claim that I managed to get my car into another situation against a truck tyre on a motorway which caused a substantial amount of damage to my car, I called up Frosts, booked an appointment, accidentally missed the appointment, called up again and they happily arranged another which suited me. I had the assessment done. Mark persisted and got everything sorted out for me, keeping me up to date with the progress of everything making the wholes situation hassle free. The work done on my car was quite substantial and they needed it for over a week, they provided me with a courtesy car which was new, it was clean and most importantly it was a decent size allowing me to continue using the car as if it was my own. When I returned to collect my immaculate Golf R it looked unbelievable, the paintwork was so smooth, everything was aligned perfectly and the colour matching of the paint was and still is absolutely spot on! I bought the car two years old, I have had it detailed in the past, but after Frost took their turn in detailing it, it has never reflected light so well. Even though the detailing job I had before cost me a fortune in comparison. I had the bonnet resprayed about 1 year ago by another firm who I would’ve sworn by, but after further inspection it was not very good. So they worked their magic and tidied up the mess by flatting it out and giving it a good polish making it now look perfect! The building they occupy is very nice, clean and hospitable, something I wouldn’t normally expect to see. The staff are always willing to help and you will never be put on hold as the receptionist always answers the phone immediately. Mark Storey who was assisting me with both claims was always exceptionally happy to help, and to follow up different people to get everything resolved. Mark is a very friendly, very professional, extremely helpful guy and it was such a pleasure to deal with someone like him, so I definitely recommend should you take your car to frosts and ask for Mark Storey!

The car appears very well repaired, and the staff are very helpful. Dropped a star as the repair took far longer than it should have, and the car was left in a poor state by whoever was tasked with putting trim back and cleaning up (no cleaning was done and trim left off, mismatched wheels, etc). Would have been a 3 star, but they gained a star for putting right the errors.

They picked the car up when promised and delivered it back when promised! the car was even cleaned and i was given a free courtesy car...nothing to scream about but it was free and worked! it was a pleasure dealing with the staff and will definately recommend and use again

I was recommended to get a quote from Frosts Accident Repairs Ltd from a friend who had received excellent service from Frosts. I was looking at several bod shops at the time to minimise cost and receive a great finish. The quote from Frosts was much lower than the Approved Repairer, the quality of work absolutely amazing and customer service should be used as an example by the motor trade!
