So recently my timing belt went (not something you ever want going on a car let me tell you!!) and after some frantic phone calls Kwik Fit in Bletchley were the only ones who could deal with such an issue. I had my car recovered there and after checking it out it would need a new engine. Their mechanic Colt who I have been dealing with has been absolutely fantastic, honestly an angel! He gave me the price for the repair for my car if I wanted it done (was 150% of the cars worth) and gave me an honest opinion of what he thought. I decided against getting it fixed and am now scrapping it. I have already managed to get a new car and the only place my new car will go is Kwik Fit Bletchley (even though its 15 miles from home). Knowing nothing about cars it is very easy to feel like garages are taking advantage of you, I have no idea what I am talking about but these guys especially Colt went so far above and beyond for me (probably saved my sanity this week) I will forever be so grateful for their kindness and honesty. Thank you!

Great service from the guys at kwik fit. Called up friday evening realising i needed a tyre change prior to a long journey that weekend. They got me in for 9am and got my car straight on the ramp. Not only that but they cut me a great deal on the tyres given it was only 3 of the 4 where the tread was worn. Would highly recommend.

Picked up a puncture in the city centre with no spare on a Saturday afternoon. Recovery took me to Kwikfit, because they were the only company I could get hold off to change the tyre same day. They were absolutely brilliant, fast and surprisingly good value.

Had a slow puncture and was well away from home, my son who we were visiting recomended Kwik Fit in Bletchley. Popped in without booking but were welcomed and dealt with very quickly. The repair couldn't be done immediately but the wheel was changed to my spare and the leaking one put to one side for repair later and my wife and I went christmas shopping. Several hours later we got a call to tell us it was done and on our way back from the shops we dropped back and the wheels were exchanged. All very easily done and a great service provided for a reasonable price. First class customer service.

No one really wants to have to visit a tyre repair company but if you have to then this branch of Kwik Fit is great. The staff are attentive, clearly explain what's needed and keep you uptodate with progress. There's a large waiting area with comfy seating. Unfortunately I can't comment on prices as tyres are included within my lease, but Kwik Fit handle all those discussions too.

Fantastic service received today by the team. Booked tyres for next day fitting (Kwik fit were the only ones who could offer next day which was a god send). On arrival there was an issue with the tyres ordered not being in stock. However this was not a problem and was quickly resolved. Kwik fit supplied the same quality approved tyre, just a different make. They were fitted quickly, with advice given and all the tyres pressures checked and reset. We were also given FOC tyre insurance for the inconvience. The whole process was painless and quick, even with a stock issue, which is rare in my experience with car garages! Thank you very much for your great service, I will definitley be coming to you guys again!

MOT ran out the day I returned from 5 weeks abroad so couldn't use my normal garage. Having driven my very fully loaded VW Passat smoothly back from Salzburg at 60 miles per gallon I was very surprised that it failed on emissions (it was serviced just before crossing the Channel). The Kwik Fit Bletchley people spent a fair time trying to identify what was the cause and, as a professional Engineer, I was happy with the discussion and even happier and impressed when we decided that it has to go to the (equally excellent) servicing garage that they didn't charge me for their efforts. All future tyres will therefore be purchased at Kwik Fit Bletchley and I'm obviously happy to recommend them.

Luckily the garage next door was already out of fuel so I could get in to Kwik Fit without queuing!! Was booked in for safety check but new I had a nail in tyre. Straight in and jacked up. Unfortunately tyre had to be replaced as nail was too close to side wall (I knew it was touch and go!), new Goodyear chucked on and not too expensive either (i usually use Tyrechecker etc for cheaper rates) and i needed it done there and then so few extra quid was worth it. Really cheerful and helpful guy on the desk. They have been excellent for NHS staff too (the wife is a nurse) and have helped her out twice with punctures and checks in past 12mths. Highly recommend.

I ordered and paid in advance online where I had booked my appointment time. Arrived and was warmly greeted, confirmed my appointment and was given an expected time to completion. Sat down in the pleaseant customer waiting area. There was good covid precations in place with appropriate spacing and hand wash available. Nice to be able to observe work taking place in the adjacent workshop whilst waiting. On completion of work was advised promptly and car was waiting for me outside the waiting room door. So nothing do other than get in the car and leave. All in all a thoroughly trouble free and pleasant customer experience and coupled with a very competitive pricing I highly recommend Kwik Fit and the Bletchley unit.

Today I attended Kwik Fit in Bletchley to get my recently purchased alloy wheels balanced before I fitted them. I was amazed with the service that I was provided with. Unfortunately I'm not sure of the mans name but I believe it was a higher authority member of staff who started on my wheel within 30 seconds of me waiting- Clearly not just called Kwik Fit for nothing as I was in and out within like 5 minutes. Kwik fit Plus Bletchley Milton Keynes had my Volvo V60 on Saturday 29th May 2021 through to today 31st May. I am very pleased with the work that was done to an extremely high standard. This was my first time using Kwik fit for my Volvo MOT, service, brake pads etc all done for me by this fantastic Bletchley team. Sorry Volvo garages but the standard of the work done by kwik fit was by far much higher thanmy usual volvo garage has ever done over the past 6 years. Thank you to all the hard working staff at kwik fit Bletchley Milton Keynes. I will definitely be using this particular branch again.

Kwik Fit saved the day and hundreds of pounds. After spending almost £1000.00 on Dunlop tyres at Blackcircles, the driver front tyre developed a leak. Every day since, I have had to inflate the front left tyre. I tried to get Blackcircles Pitstop Milton Keynes, to remedy the issue as they were responsible for fitting all four tyres. They did not want to know and instead recommended a local tyre fitter. Fortunately, I did a quick Google search and Kwik Fit Plus - Milton Keynes – Bletchley, came up first. I called the office and was advised to attend depot, no appointment necessary. The boys at Kwik Fit Plus were on the case and it transpired, none of the four valves were replaced by Blackcircles. Thanks to Colt and the Kwik Fit Plus team, I was back on the road within the hour.

Initially made a mistake with my tyre size which resulted in an unnecessary round trip to Newport Pagnell Kwik Fit where the customer service was very poor! After going back to Bletchley the problem was quickly and efficiently dealt with. The garage accepted their mistake and took full responsibility apologising for this human error and also the poor customer service from the Newport Pagnell Kwik Fit on behalf of the company. Our car was sorted quickly and we were given compensation for any inconvenience caused which was appreciated. I have been using Kwik Fit for years and usually experience a professional service. Had a major situation on a Saturday morning. Had picked up my van which had had some wishbones replaced and as a result the wheels were badly out of alignment. I had to drive urgently to pick up my partner from hospital 30 miles away by 1pm. The earliest I could get an appointment locally was 2pm. I explained my situation to the guys here and they squeezed me in and saved my bacon (and my tyres). Excellent compassionate service.

Also... having booked a 'free' wheel alignment check I was then charged £70 to adjust the alignment, which took less than ten minutes... nothing short of daylight robbery, but they do say nothing in life is really free!

Hi this is Mr Singh, Had Mot and full service done for my automatic car in last November. It was very pricey as I got called to change all my 4 brake discs, as they told its not safe to drive, so I did it, and it went through MOT as well, cost me like 850 pounds. I also regas my Air-con at that time and paid 45quid for that I believe , as it was winter so I didn't use it. I used last week and I was socked that it didn't cool at all. Despite their busy schedule, they accommodated my request for wheel alignment check and adjustment. Their "Hunter" system was the only one locally capable for my special car on which I'd had new tyres fitted an hour before at another well known garage. I had to wait but the waiting room had comfy sofas and a massive flat screen TV and free drinks dispenser with a variety of sachets to suit one's taste. Ok, the TV channel was set to a Kwik Fit infomercial. A surprise was information on a smaller screen in the corner of the "lounge"; it was displaying the wheel alignment information from the "Hunter" system for my car! This and other smaller camera feeds provided transparency to customers of the work being carried out on their cars. Overall my experience was good and I was more than satisfied with the professionalism and interaction with the team. Problems and options were explained and the costs were very reasonable.

Went there on a Sunday as developed a puncture and the Mrs needed the car for work. Went on web site saw tyres my size for between £45 and £50 could only offer me a tyre for £80 said they had nothing cheaper in stock. Nothing special about the tyre just some unheard of make. Had an hours wait for it to be fitted as had six people in front of me. But they were only one of two garages open on a Sunday afternoon so had no choice. The other garage wanted to charge the same when I phoned them and I was at Tesco near to kwik fit so it made sense to go there especially with a half deflated tyre with a screw in it.

My car was MOT'd on 16/01/19. Clearly the front of house element of this Kwik Fit is understaffed leading to delays. My car was sitting outside the front of reception for 15 minutes after it had been completed simply because of how busy the front end staff are. What made matters worse is that either an area manager or some kind of corporate manager was visiting and whilst i am sure that discussing internal processes is very important to that corporate manager, discussing it them in front of customers whilst they are waiting for their cars is not very good at all. In fact it was pretty infuriating when my car is being held up by this discussion which I could not care less about. As a suggestion if you are going to discuss internal policy and procedure - do it away from the shop floor and not whilst the staff are trying to do their jobs!

I had booked online for MOT test on Saturday(1/12/2018) but they have delivered my car on Tuesday(04/12/2018) due to engineer is not available, it got communicated to me end of the day.I was in impression it will be completed in one day as other companies will do but it took 4 days. if engineer is not available on Saturday(1/12/2018) , the online website should not accept my appointment.
