Got a quote in February while I was shopping around for better prices, but couldn't seem to beat there quote. I went into store to get the clutch reviewed first before booking. They know there stuff, very knowledgeable people. They even quoted me a cheaper price than I was originally quoted. The clutch difference is insane! Went to Mr. Clutch for my and Mrs. car's AC regas. Was met on reception by a lovely chap 'Wayne'. Since start till end my whole experience was absolutely fantastic. Wayne is a lovely guy and just made my day by his joyful and happy personality. The customer service was absolutely excellent. Wayne even took me to the car whilst it was being regassed and explained the process and technicalities involved and reassured me of best service. I was quite impressed by his knowledge. Following a recommendation from a colleague, I dealt exclusively with Wayne at Mr Clutch and found him to honest and pragmatic about my options regarding the repairs to my Citroen. Wayne has kept me in the loop at all stages regarding the extent of the fault(s) and has given me various options with regards to how best to proceed, whilst trying to keep costs to a minimum. Following Wayne's advice I am recovering the car to a different garage that specialises in the type of repairs/diagnostics required, and until then Mr Clutch is storing the car securely for free. It's a breath of fresh air to find trustworthy people in the motor trade, Mr Clutch will certainly get my business when it comes time (soon?!?) to replace the clutch and DMF. Thanks, Jamie.

There was an electrical short circuit somewhere, causing an issue with one of my headlights. The Mr Clutch team were fantastic, firstly diagnosing the issue, and then they resolved it for me. On another occasion too, they diagnosed an issue I had with the car following a repair and service elsewhere. They painstakingly checked all systems until the fault was found, and resolved. Fantastic customer service and professionalism. Ultimately, the team are very knowledgeable and care about doing the best job they can. Prices are reasonable too.

This is one of the most honest and hardworking garages I've ever been to. The branch manager was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and was very much focused on the customer. Took my car in for a MOT, which it did not pass due to various reason. Each were rectified on site and in the time frame. Meaning I would not need to leave the car there. All together the service at this center is second to none. The branch manager is brilliant, and I cannot thank him enough for the service given, or the knowledge given.

I was very happy with the customer service. I booked an MOT and full service online. I dropped the vehicle off in the morning. The MOT failed, but they called me straight afterwards to describe exactly what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. They said it should be done by the end of the day. Around 3:30pm they called to say that it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. Whilst slightly frustrating, I appreciated the heads up so that I could make plans. Everything is sorted with my vehicle and I am very happy with the service that I got. Thanks!

Can't recommend this garage enough. From start to finish they go above and beyond. Booked the car in for mot and the guys couldn't have being more than helpful after me leaving everything to last minute as usual. They did the mot for me and fixed everything that required fixing and even did a few extras to the car that they didn't have to do. Elliot and his team did an excellent job, my car had broken down on M1 roundabout and the AA stated it was the clutch, I'd called ahead and by the the time the car arrived, they were already in the process of making sure they had the part, unfortunately it was a broken draft shaft only found out when they were preparing the car. Broke down on Friday night, picked car up on following Monday. Elliot was incredibly helpful and understanding as we were not from the area. Good job, well done, would definitely go back if we lived closer.

My Sons Ford Ka needed a clutch replaced further to a complete failure. I spoke to Elliott at the MK branch who was incredibly helpful. I trust this place and Elliot who is the manager, he is genuine and will try and save you money if he can and his staff seem so much better than another place i used which didn't even tighten up suspension nuts and they cost me £100 (had to wait 5 days for new sub frame off ebay) to replace something they broke so i took it to mr clutch and they checked and fixed the rest. Their mot price at £23 first steered me there :-)

What is the most important part when paying for a service or product? When paying for a service or a product you expect it to be what it is & in most cases it is so. No big deal. However, what if something goes wrong with the product/service? Now, after sales service normally comes into play.. I recently experienced this with Mr Clutch. After Mr C considered all the facts, as they are entitled to, I was compensated without asking for it & more than satisfied with the outcome. Will I continue to take my Renault Clio to Mr C in the future? You are damn right I will. After sales service to me is more important than the original purchase. An excellent service from Elliot and the team . My car was serviced and MOT'd yesterday and although the car failed on worn tyres Elliot was very obliging and helful. My husband bought over spare tyres and wheels the team changed them over and remot'd the car . We live 20 miles away from Bletchley but it was well worth the journey . Went for a new clutch/ thrust bearing, received a call after an hour or so saying it looked like the gearbox was on its way out. After discussing options decided it wasn't worth fixing and I collected the car. While collecting I was shown the issue with the gearbox and wasnt charged for any work they had done! Amazing service! Visited last year as worried about the clutch..they checked it out..free..and said there was still plenty left and did't need replacing..so honest !! Took car in last week for cam belt replacement and M.O.T..passed mot ok but they found water pump was a bit leaky and a split in the drive belt (while doing the cam belt)..They didn't charge a lot more to get these done at the same time..even showed me photos so I could see the faults for myself. The charge for this work was very reasonable..they also managed to extract a damaged locking wheel nut for me at no charge. Many thanks to Elliot and the guys ..will be back at service time..and the clutch is still ok a year on !!

Amazing customer service! The branch manager is polite, helpful and explanatory. I popped into the garage to ask them to have a look at my clutch. The manager came out and looked at my car straight away, confirming my suspicions that the clutch was indeed in need of some attention. After explaining clearly the costs and timescales involved I went away to have a think as there was no pressure to get it booked in. The next day I called the garage and booked my car in for the clutch repair and because of the high service I had recieved, additionally booked in my MOT and full service, which was previosuly booked else where. The work on my car was completed within a day and the manager maintained contact with me throughout the day keeping me informed of the MOT pass etc. I would highly recommend this garage and I will definitely will be returning with friends and family.
