I have used this garage a few times and they are just so lovely and accommdating. I usually have to leave my car with them over night the night before the work is done as I start work really early and they are great, locking it up in their garage for me and so friendly. I find garages quite intimidating for women but have always felt welcome and comfortable here. The staff are so helpful too and I have always been happy with the service and work done. I have been recommending this garage to everyone I know. I will only be using this garage in future. Thank you all. 👍🙂

Its always difficult to find a trustworthy mechainc nowadays but this really is a great garage. Take both mine and my partners vehicles here for any mechanical issues. Had clutch, gearbox, MOT and many other issues solved here on my van and multiple on partners car. Always a fair price for the work and always completed to a high standard. Consulted all the way through the process with any additional problems found etc and all issues solved without a problem. Very knowledgeable staff and a well presented premises. Would recommend to any one 👌👌👌👌

As a women I find going to get a service and m.o.t on my car so daunting but I was greeted by a lovely lady called Jan then Steve came through to take my keys who was very welcoming. Then coming to collect my car michael who did the service on my car told me everything that he had cleaned and changeoils ect.. With no advisorys and great service I'm very happy to use this company again! Thank you so much.

The most trustworthy, helpful and friendly garage I have ever used. I had an MOT service and replacement brakes and they showed me all invoices and their rates were fair. Great garage and I’m now a customer for life.

Spanners & heels did my MOT and resultant required work, and subsequently also did a fuel filter for me when it broke down while I was driving. I'm both instances they gave friendly service, consistent updates, they were reasonably priced and did the work ASAP. In the case of the fuel filter they had it done within about half an hour. They also don't have a "minimum labour" charge- some places charge an hour minimum, but these guys will charge you for how long it takes. It's a small thing but representative of the overall attitude of the business; a good quality and reasonable garage which charges you fairly for the job they do. Good garages are like gold dust when you find them so I'm very happy to be based so near to this one.

Excellent customer services. Information is provided in a manner that is easy to understand both verbally alongside images of your car engine showing you exactly what is wrong, where applicable, so that you know you are not being charged for work that is not required. Owner takes the time to show you in person if you require any validation or if you have queries about the work that is required. Work is completed to a high standard. I highly recommend this garage as a trustworthy garage for MOT's, Services and repairs. 5 ***** rating from me. Will definitely be using them again.

Steve and Jan have been looking after our cars for a number of years now. Always very honest and trustworthy. (Possibly too honest) when it comes to pricing. Work always completed ahead of schedule and to a very high standard. What impresses me most is the care they take with the cars to avoid any damage/future problems. Last week I managed to break my wipers on a frosty morning and arrived at the garage, before they even opened, on my way to work. I had an issue with the running and timing, other's who I had tried was unable to find and rectify the issue, infact cost me more expense with parts I didn't need! Car failed MOT at Halfords. Was told I needed an entire new headlight at a cost of £360. Spanners and Heels repaired the headlight and did an MOT for a total of £70. Great value, excellent service and friendly staff. Will be back for future repairs. Thanks!
