My tyre popped one night not far from this Kwik Fit so I drove and parked it there as was too tired to do it myself. Called up in the morning and they squeezed me in despite being very busy. Couldn't fault their service. Manager was lovely. Very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

So I've been living in the area since March 2020 and have been here for all my MOTs and servicing plus puncture repair, all of which was done very professionally. More unusually, last winter they helped me look after someone who'd been hurt nearby, and today they fit me in to fix a worrying rattling noise at almost no notice and had it sorted in minutes. So five stars, take your business here. (Even the chairs in the waiting room are comfy.)

This company has probably saved us having a serious accident. They did a quick free check of our car which was making a noise. They discovered one of the wheels completely loose and ready to come off the car. A great garage with a lovely bunch of lads working there. Fitted in despite not booking. Turnround in 11/2 hours with 4 new tyres. Every-time I visit Kwik Fit it costs me - I only went in with a slow puncture !!!! Seriously though my last MOT advisory indicated all four tyres were cracked and perished. So I can't really complain. My name is Bryan not Margaret, my deceased wife!

MOT and Service completed with failure repoeted. Was very surprised to find major defects reported as advisories which resulted in a puncture. This was a safety issue and should of had 4 tyres fail. The repored cost of replacement was extortionate however reduced by £100 pounds on same day by another engineer. Opening hours can be 9am having turned up at 8.30 to wait.

I slightly felt for your staff, they were very busy and yet Warren in particular managed things very efficiently. Couldn't help thinking that the branch could almost benefit from a front of house 'receptionist' type role freeing technical individuals to focus on technical roles.

Great service from the manager and his team. My wife had an puncture on a run flat whilst visiting a friend in the area. Only used as most local and enterprise wanted to get tyre replaced at kwikfit for a courtesy car. Took longer to get authorised than expected but out of their control, once authorised I was in and out within 10 mins, lads all spot on.

Great service and very helpful team. Took the car in for an inspection and was given a thorough explanation of the checks that were carried out and the subsequent findings by Wayne, which was greatly appreciated. Fortunately there were no significant defects to find, so I was given advice and reassurance as opposed to a hefty bill. I get the impression these guys will provide a fair and honest service.

Right so i dont really write much reviews over the internet but this time i had to do it. Been to the garage and meet Dan(a star). Had the car in for wheel anignment and the back arm was not right and aswell the front one..Dan tryed his best to do the wheel alignment but was impossible to do it right..he send me home without charging me anything to replace both arms and to come back when i have the right parts on the car..end of the story came back to them with the right parts and managed to do a 5 star alignment. Would recomend to anybody to go there and deal with them as they do care for your car.Thanks a lot Dan and your amazing team.Good job mates.

Fantastic service. I’ve used this branch 3 times. Outstandingly friendly, accommodating and a speedy service. Booked my car for a brake inspection online. Got an appointment for the next day. Within half an hour, problem diagnosed and quote given (didn’t check but I know most of their quotes smash car dealerships). Within another hour, car ready for collection. ToP marks.

The best service ever received from any Kwikfit garage by far. My wife was in Newcastle attending a funeral, on her way out she heard a loud dragging noise from under the car, quite worried she went straight to the local Kwikfit & asked for help as she had a 250 mile drive home, the lads were excellent- They diagnosed & sorted out the bracket that needed refixed so she was safe to come home. Asked kwik fit to look at my car Friday around 11am, they looked that day and establish problems with the brakes. They ordered parts and fitted the following day (a saturday). Very happy with the service I received at Kwik Fit Longbenton. My husband booked my car for service and MOT at 8:30am , not considering school drop off. I phoned at 8:30am, spoke to the manager (Dan), and despite them being fully booked, he managed to accommodate me to drop the car off after taking the kids to school, and had the car ready before school pick up. Fantastic service! Called in without an appointment to see if they could check tyres prior to a longer journey and they went the extra mile- topping up screen wash, checking oil, water etc and advising on tyre tread condition- all entirely for free! They did this immediately, so I shall definitely revisit when I need some work done .

Ordered new tyres for my BMW. On arrival was found that the tyre order was not right and the wrong size tyre had arrived in stock. The team, I have to say were extremely friendly, professional. They immediately reordered the correct size needed as well as recommending better make of tyres. Both tyres fitted same day. Customer service I rate a strong 10 and pricing was surprisingly very good. Would I go back. Absolutely. Should you take your car there. Absolutely.

I had x4 new tyres put onto my partners car. I ordered them online and booked a suitable appointment to have them fitted at my local branch. I did quite a bit of research on the tyres and Kwikfit had the keenest prices. The discount for NHS workers was a nice touch too. I received a call the day before my appointment to ask if I wanted them fitted that day as the tyres had arrived and the branch was quiet. This suited me fine so I took the car for the fitting. My local branch has closed its waiting area so I had to wait outside. As it wasn’t too cold and it was not raining this was not too much of an issue. However, if I had known before I went, then my partner could have followed me and brought me back. It is not that long ago that I had all of the tyres replaced on my car and the waiting area was available. Maybe letting people know before they arrive or posting it on the website could help people prepare before arriving. All in all, I am very happy with the service from Kwikfit (Four Lane Ends branch) and would happily use them again.

Dropped off my wheel after suffering a puncture. The lads told me it would be ready in an hour which was perfect as I was able to nip off to the shops rather than waiting. Popped back after the hour and the puncture was all fixed and wheel balanced ready to go. Very help and efficient. Definately recommended

Tried most of their services (MOT, service, Tyres, mechanical and electrical fault, air condition, etc...) And was happy every time.

I had a flat battery and needed a new one. My breakdown service started the car and I took it to KwikFit at Four Lane Ends having rung to check the opening hours. The friendly guy on reception said to leave it and it would be done the next day. It was 4.15pm and they closed at 5pm. I had barely got home when he rang me at 4.40pm to say it was fone! Brilliant service - truly a Kwik Fit from KwikFit! The price was less than I expected so hold medals all round!

Went in with a screw in my tire thinking it had a puncture, they got my car straight in. Removed the screw and confirmed that I didn’t need anything repairing. They then filled my tires up and put water in my car. They would not accept any money for this and were so kind to go that extra bit further to help me. Can’t thank them enough!

I know I could have got my tyres and MOT done a little cheaper elsewhere, but this was hassle free, I knew I needed tyres, booked the appointment online and had them all within 2 hours @3pm on Saturday and was back on the road. The staff were sensible, didn't push me to pay premium prices for my 9 year old car and did say that my tyres were just legal. There was no high pressure sales pitch. My father has had the car serviced there in the past too and was.happy about that too.

My husband booked a 10.00 time slot to have my tyre replaced. When I arrived I was told there was at least an hour waiting time When I stated I couldn't wait that long I asked if I returned in an hour would I be seen quickly as I was on the list. I was informed if I left my name would be taken off the list and when I returned I start at the end of the list again. I was not happy as my understanding was if you booked in advance and arrived on time you would be given priority. It was a complete waste of time to book in advance as these time slots mean nothing Thank goodness when I returned 90 minutes later I was seen immediately as no one else was waiting. I would certainly reconsider where I took my car the next time

Visited for MOT. The appointment process is pretty simple and the MOT was done within an hour. Rated 3 stars as the full report of MOT was not mailed to my email id. Though after completion of MOT the engineers mentioned as the full vehicle inspection report will be emailed. Bummer on the online service. Overall satisfaction was "OK".

Recently got an MOT here, booking online was easy, MOT was completed quickly and they have me a call straight after with an update. No pushy sales people trying to flog unneeded tyres etc as you tend to come across at some places. Will be using these guys again in the future

Have used them a few times with my old car for MOTs and services, and they did a great job. Brought a new car 2nd hand and found a few problems took to them to get it sorted, turns out it was miss fireing and one of the wheels were going flat l. They sorted out the car with new plugs and coil, and checked the said tyre and sorted out the tyre free of charge. Delt with a guy called Carl who has always been very helpful.

The guy who dealt with me explained exactly what would be done and price for job, although they were very busy he said leave your car and we’ll have it done in a couple of hours, sure enough about 2 hours later phone call to say car was ready.
