A. M.Our car almost completely died when driving. We were able to limp to Deneside Service Station on a recommendation from neighbours in Fenham.
Simon explained the issue, gave a clear estimate of time to get the part and fit it, and in total the labour was only £25, even though it involved opening up the car 3 separate times.
I've used a number of garages over the years, I would rate higher than 5-stars if I could. Great service, great work, great prices, lovely people working there and they kept me updated throughout.
I can see why they are so highly recommended and my family will be using them going forward after our experience.

R.I bought a cheap little 2004 Focus runabout, just to help my folks during this COVID nightmare. It's the first car I've owned in about 20 years! So my knowledge is a little 'rusty'... just like my car!
Because I don't know what I'm doing anymore, I first went to a well known 'National' garage. One of the guys there told me I'd need £500+ worth of work doing for the MOT. Unbelievable!
My car didn't even cost that... I felt sick thinking I'd have to scrap the car (with brand new tyres).
A friend suggested I see Neil at Deneside Service Station. I read a few reviews which filled me with confidence. I explained my situation to Neil. He invited me to bring it in, in the morning to take a look. I dropped it off first thing in the morning, and two hours later the MOT was done, with only a couple of advisories.
Fantastic service. Such a great garage. Neil is as honest as they come. I'll be going back there, for sure (but not too soon I hope).
