I recently used FGS to sort out some corrosion and paintwork issues on my Ford Mustang, as well as to coordinate some related work with a 3rd party detailing and wrapping firm. Throughout the process, Paul from FGS provided an exemplary and highly professional service. He provided quotes as promised, kept me up to date with what was happening at each stage, evidenced the need for any additional work that he sensibly suggested and ultimately delivered a top quality end result. Can't recommend FGS and their team highly enough. After having an unfortunate issue with a ceased brake calliper which left me stranded; they were helpful in providing some options to get my car to them. Having dropped my car off with them after lunchtime, they diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes, had me a quote almost instantly and then had the work completed by 4pm - despite it being a completely out of the blue job. Amazingly good service.

We sent our Golf GTE in for paint repairs to the whole right hand side of the car, not only did they do a fantastic job on the bodywork and plastics which were marked, you can not tell the car's paintwork had ever had any work done to it. The car was fully valleted and cleaned for collection. Really impressed and would not hesiate to recomend them.

FGS did a repair of my Fiesta which had had a back end shunt. They did a fabulous job and the car left in an immaculate condition. They weren't the cheapest but I think it was worth paying more.

I have just picked up my Mclaren from FGS bodyshop and they have done an amazing job repraying the front end. Mclaren do not disclose their paint codes but Paul and the bodyshop team got a perfect match through lots of trial and error. Other bodyshops would have given up but these guys fancied the challenge and its probably better than when it left the factory. The colour and metallic fleck is perfect. Top guys and I'll be going back👍

Recommend this lot! Had some new tires fitted which was a smooth experience and at a good price. Had also flagged some issues that had been raised at an annual service I got somewhere else - all checked out for me and told the work didn't need doing. Clearly the other place had been trying to squeeze money out of me for work that wasn't needed. A great sign that I wasn't quoted, as they could have taken me for a ride and I wouldn't have been any wiser. This gave me confidence that these lot are trustworthy professionals. Will give them my future business!

I can highly recommend Fenham Garage Services, they have all the tools and equipment and the technical expertise to repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. They fitted a new clutch and dual mass flywheel on my 4 wheel drive Skoda Superb which is a pretty big job and were able to do the job correctly and to manufacturers specification including resetting my 4 wheel alignment and driver assist systems. This is something that many Skoda Dealers couldn't do as they don't have the equipment.

One of the best garages I have used very well organized and efficient place, from the receptionist to the head technician is very well customer focused, I had to ring them few times as my house don't get mobile service and I wasn't sure they tried to get in touch with me. Brilliant service. Repaired my vehicle following a fairly substantial bump. The car now look like its just rolled off the production line. They also stopped the insurance company attempting to pull the wool over my eyes by trying to make me use a company who weren't approved by the manufacturer which would of likely cost me a small fortune to put right further down the line. Excellent garage. I was advised by my car dealership that my timing belt and wishbone bush needed changing but the price my dealership offered was near the £1000s. Fenham Garage Services checked everything for me and advised the wishbone bush is fine so I saved a bit of money there. They also done my timing belt, the car felt a bit shaky so I went back requesting to have it checked, they gladly checked it and looks like the issue is fixed now. The owner and all the employees were very kind. I love that you can message them as well via Google Maps, they respond so fast. Got the timing belt changed for almost half the price my dealership charged. Will definitely be going to this garage for car needs in future and would certainly recommend to friends.

Polite and friendly and good communication , but after work was done collected car thinking it was all sorted got home and noticed oil patches on drive returned and Got quoted £300 to replace seals, was told “you can’t see the difference between a new seal and an old one they look the same, don’t know if they leak till put back together” Car off the road again.

If you drive an Audi, BMW or Volkswagen they can do it all at a fraction of the dealers prices with genuine parts and far superior customer service. I took my audi in for a full service and mot as I was recommended by a friend. The service was exceptional i must admit, they did the mot test first which it failed on a couple of things just general wear and tear. the garage explained on the phone what it failed on which i understood and i authorised them to do the work which they did. Once mot work was complete i then had my service carried out. The vehicle was read by the afternoon and i got a phonecall to come and collect it. once i came they had even cleaned the vehicle for me free of charge which was great as i wasn't expecting this. I would recommend to anyone as these guys were great and didn't let me down. Superb service as superb prices. Many thanks guys i'll see you for my next MOT.

Went there today for Diagnostics, simple vacuum tube had gone. They didnt mess about, had it done in the same day and priced very well for a small job and Diagnostics. Ive been charged more before just to plug it in and get error codes with no help on what needs doing. Very friendly reception, got me a quote texted over for further work i want doing within 20 minutes and very reasonably priced. Hats off, honest blokes running a good shop, can not fault.

great service from a professionally run garage. took my car in and after analysing a problem, then rang me up and asked me if i wanted them to do the work. if you take your car to ANY garage in the west end of newcastle you will not get a better service.
