C.11/10! Couldn't hope for a better garage, absolutely amazing experience! Got my car through its MOT, after prior failing at Kwikfit. It failed on a little bit, but 1 was a light bulb that Kwikfit installed upside down. Bit of unnecessary MOT history but no big. Prior to this I went to get my exhausted sorted at a garage that shall not be noted (but it's 1 in Jesmond). Unfortunately it wasn't fitted correctly so failed MOT on this too (at Kwikfit again but legitimate leak problem). So got to looking and this place seemed like a good bet, 'French' part of French Auto Services was appealing because I have a French car. And the quote I got was really cool. I mean the prior garage, I got a quote and when it came to pay (for the exhaust they had not fitted correctly and had a major leak) the quote had increased by a factor of 3, 3 times the original quote and the job was botched. So taking her here to French Auto Services for everything it failed the MOT on, quote stayed pretty much as was given when I came in, no massive increase. And they went above an beyond. My brakes used to be really loud, high pitched like screaming mice. Didn't get new brakes, they just don't make that noise anymore which for me is just a bonus you know. It's really cool that instead of just replacing every part they actually just refurbish your current parts if they still have life in them.
As well as this the body shop next door, absolutely lovely dude. You know it's really cool when people are just nice, easy to talk to and down to earth. Really friendly and I'd give 11/10 for the services provided. After a rocky start and a few garages (and KwikFit 😋) I have finally found a place that I actually look forward to going back again. (Going to get my oil, coolant and maybe brake fluid done in a few months just for the logbook.)
Whatelse, location-wise they're right next to China town so really central.
Thank you very much French Auto Services, you really saved my bacon on this one. Had invested quite a lot in the car so super happy you got her through her MOT! Highly recommend!

They fixed the car in a couple of hours. They fixed a potentially dangerous issue another garage had caused.
