Good service at a keen price, although at least a couple of your competitors slightly undercut you on price for the same tyre. I chose KwikFit because the branch is very local to my address, and I had a paper £10 voucher to use. The voucher is old but had no expiry date, yet it was impossible to use for an on line purchase. The lovely Elaine Wallace in Customer Services was able to very efficiently sort this out for me, by price matching to an on line purchase including redemption of my voucher.

Had unexpected tire problem and had to came in without an appointment. Got my two front tires replacement during the morning. Very warm heart staffs, expert attitude and experienced skill guaranteed all works be done with high quality and quickly! I would highly recommend here.

Slow air loss from a tyre so called into Jesmond Road branch- they fixed it while I went for a walk! £25 including VAT, new valve and wheel balancing, might not be the cheapest you can find if you trawl the internet but they fixed it really quickly and found the problem without having to pay for a new tyre. Honest, professional, friendly and great service- thank you!

Took my lease car in for 2 new tyres as one had a puncture. They needed to order in the tyres for the following day. One of the guys Dan told me to drive my car in so he could fill up the air in my tyre so I could get home. Great attitude and that little extra customer service! I would employee tomorrow. My only fault was that I booked a free wheel alignment check up and when I arrived at Kwik Fit, I was told they didn't have the facilities to do this. The online booking system needs updating so that the customer knows what work can be carried out in each garage. Had I known this I would have gone to another branch of Kwik Fit. I now have to rebook the car in at another branch

I just want to thank all the staff at Kwik Fit, Jesmond Road. My daughter who is a Uni. in Newcastle had a fault with her VW Polo last weekend, she thought it was the brakes, anyways..she booked it in and it turned out to be a loose exhaust...Hey Ho!!... they got her back on the road in no time....As a family we are based in the south of England so could not really help, but as a father it is good to know we could rely on Kwit Fit to sort her out. I had a blow out with one of my tyres. Phoned kwikfit to see if they had a replacement. They said they didn't know what kind of tyre I needed I rang again and explained that I had been to KFC for the last ten years and the info should be on computer. When I arrived I was offered three types of tyre. Don't know what happened there. The service after this was very good and friendly.

Took my daughters car in for a new battery today, and was to say the least actually suprised but very pleased with the service I recieved. The 'more experienced' gentleman that looked after me was exactly that. Turned out the earth lead had corroded and snapped at the terminal. Not a problem, cables were cut stripped and re terminated in no time. The sticky bonnet catch also recieved some attention and was operating smoothly in a matter of moments. For these 'extras' there was no charge rendered, all work carried out for the price of the battery. I didnt get said gentlemans name but very much appreciated his proffesionalism and enthusiasm. Dear mr Kwik Fit, you have a diamond there, THANK YOU very much 👍🏻
