Rang up yesterday after experiencing braking issues with my 2006 corsa. Jason was super friendly and helpful over the phone and got me booked in for the very next day. Once he’d had a look at the car he rang me up and explained the issues in a clear and non-patronising way. He was able to do all the work that needed doing on the same day and for a very reasonable price. Can’t thank or recommend Jason and the rest of the team enough. Amazing service!

Absolutely brilliant! I first went to the Skoda garage because my exhaust was making such a noise and was quoted over £1000 on repairs. I rang up Kwikfit and sorted me out straight away. They guaranteed me a lower price and they more than delivered. My car was back on the road sounding like its usual self within 24 hours. They were super polite and professional. I will mots certainly be returning for my next service.

Don't usually post feedback for anywhere but this garage deserves the 5 stars. Attended as a result of a flat tyre because of a pothole and my car was damaged by the recovery driver whilst being recovered. 2 lads at kwik fit went above and beyond in terms of customer service, fixing the damage caused by the recovery driver and also fitting the new tyre. Couldn't be happier with the service received.

Needed a run flat tyre urgently, Kwik fit were the only garage that could supply and fit on the same day with a reasonable price. Great service from the team, showed me where the nail had gone through the tyre also checked the other tyres which were fine. Had the tyres re aligned to avoid uneven wear at a great price. Also had my sons battery replaced at the same time. The team went above and beyond my expectations.

Went for a free wheel alignment check. Turns out I needed one doing and they fit me in there and then so can't fault that. They have the hunter system which is the best machine to get it done. A little on the pricey side. But because he didn't do it all I was only charged for front.

Kwik Fit were really honest and showed great customer concern. I turned up for an online booked MOT and service and left the car with the guys. Received a call an hour or so later with in depth run down of problems with my car (05 plate) which they advised me with be almost 3 times the value of the car. Very much appreicated the advice that it would be worth getting rid of the car rather than pouring near £1500 into it. Actively advising that they don't carry out the work for the benefit of the customer!

Have been a customer for many years and always a great bunch of staff. Really helpful and confident that they do what’s needed. They will give you an honest opinion and not make things seem worse just to make more money as some garages do. Recently had taken my car to another garage after a family friend recommended them and Kwick fit were busy. After getting the car checked I wasn’t sure that what I was being told was true. I waited until Kwick fit were able to check it to make sure and a lad called Jake gave the car a once over. I had a tyre blow out on the A69 and was towed to this Kwik Fit just before they closed. I had hoped for a new tyre and a quick getaway. When they took the tyre off they spotted damage to the rim, as they don’t stock rims we were snookered. One of the guys remembered a rim and tyre had been left by a past customer... in short time it was on the car without charge.. I could then get my rim fixed before returning to get a new tyre fitted... cracking response to a problem!! Well done guys!

Dropped my lease van off at 9:10 with a grinding coming from the rear (suspected rear brake pads) spoke with Jason and he set out what process would be with a ‘rough time scale’ I explained I suspected at least 2 tyres also needed repacked to “not a problem we’ll investigate and call you”. Walked into centre of Newcastle expecting it to be there the best part of the day but at 12:30 get a phone call from Jason with cheery tone to say “van is ready” “what already ??!! Tyres too?” “sure is!” Absolutely cracking service, Jason kept me updated, no messing around, both front and rear pads done and two tyres fitted ! Another KF has said they’d potentially need it until Monday (3 days). Well done lads - class customer services, professional attitude, kept up to date and back on road within 4 hours is amazing. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough will definitely be back in future.

Incredible service. 11/10. - They get right on the job as soon as possible without hassle nor procrastination. - They have a total of 6 repair bays available. - They almost always have at the very least 2 mechanics to a car at once. - They also have a dedicated parking area at the front. - On top of this, there's a free hot drinks machine that serves hot chocolate, latte, coffee and tea complimentary. - Dogs are allowed. - Average wait time of 15-20 minutes for your car to be checked and to go into repair, with just under 1 hour for tyre damage and other minor things. - Charismatic mechanics who are fun to talk to. All in all, this is the place to go if you have a problem with your car nearby.

Called in on Saturday afternoon Jason quickly diagnosed a snapped back box and a small hole in the front pipe of my exhaust Quoted me £120 to replace back box and do a weld repair on the front pipe As I'd previously done a google search for price of exhaust which came up as £500 for the full system was happy to go ahead My car is a Japanese import so was surprised when they told me they would have the parts ready for Monday morning so when I called in at 8-30 today the job was all done within 45 minutes A quick reasonably priced job completed by a very helpful and friendly professional Well done Jason is nice to see such good honest service as I'm sure other places would have tried to sell me a full exhaust system

That must be the first time ever in history KwikFit have not sold tyres to someone when they didn't need them... I have a fleet vehicle and my contract arrangement is such that I get new tyres free of charge but this can only be done by driving into a branch of Kwik Fit. So, despite the Vauxhall main dealer yesterday indicating I could do with new front tyres when it was in for service, KwikFit today said I have sufficient tread for maybe another thousand miles and as it was a fleet vehicle, therefore would not change them. All well and good except my reason for main dealer checks yesterday and tyres today is I'm off to the Scottish Highlands and Durness and the UK's real back of beyond next week, and I will easily be up to 3 hours and hundreds of miles away from the nearest Kwik Fit at the point they will then change my tyres... So I will be driving on them illegally for some distance as a result. Notwithstanding the fact that if they are busy, because I am travelling from destination to destination with different hotels each night, my itinerary might not even allow me sufficient time to have my tyres changed whilst on holiday, if that Kwik Fit has a one hour delay to be seen, like this one today. So I'm mindful of being too harsh or giving a low star rating when they are only doing their job and being honest, but when I explained my unique predicament for next week and beyond, I think more should have been done and they should have checked with my vehicle ownership company for advice first... As it stands I can now only hope that at the point my tyres are sufficiently worn that KwikFit will change them, I don't find myself hundreds of miles and many hours away from the nearest KwikFit, which I'm guessing will be Inverness, when I might be up in Durness in the very far north west of Scotland when this happens... EDIT: As I would love to see all KwikFits be honest and fair with all customers, including those that are more commonly paying themselves direct, I have therefore amended my star rating and added an extra star, as honesty is to be encouraged. It's just unfortunate that in my case it's put me in a little bit of an awkward position. But nevertheless I have therefore awarded a 4 star rating to this KwikFit for their honesty in respect of my car.
