Been here a couple times now and I can not find a fault no matter how hard I try. Absolutely amazing place to take your car. So helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The staff are real nice guys and made me not think twice about spending my money here. I genuinely could not recommend enough to be honest. Thank you very much Steven for making me feel welcome and thank you Carl for the excellent work you did. It's nice to see such professional people with a great work ethic and passion for what they do.

I could recommend these guys highly enough! Absolutely amazing customer service from start to finish! Arranged to get my Mercedes A180 it's MOT, they fit me in as soon as possible and then through the mot they found issues. They were so quickly to call me and tell me everything and what the next steps were. I had every confidence in these guys and they fixed my car, even though it had alot of complex problems. Stephen was great with breaking everything down and showing me exactly what plan he had. It was done super quick and honestly will not go anywhere else for my car! The best garage around. Thank you so much guys! Definitely will be back without a shadow of a doubt. 🙂

Superb service. Just moved to area and picked this garage because it was in walking distance, they done the work in less time than quoted. I will be booking in the wife's car shortly for some work. Even put the locking wheel nut in a small canvas bag, it is the small things that make the difference. No reason to look for another garage.

Moved from Northern Ireland to Newcastle a number of months ago and my car was due it’s MOT. Given the registration issues involved the guys at Meadowfield sorted everything out for me, done the MOT, sorted a oil change, brake discs and pads. Popped down on a Friday afternoon after being recommended this place for Private reg plate printing! Got to see a couple of examples of finishes before buying… chose to order 3D gel plates at a really reasonable price…. Half an hour after leaving, I received a text to say they were ready to pick up! Can’t wait to pop back to get them fitted to the car which is included in the price! Great service and will 100% recommend! Thank you!

Booked my car in for its MOT. I queried why a charge of £5.00 for sanitising would be included in my final bill. I hadnt noticed this extra charge for my MOT last year. The mechanic explained it was to do with Covid protection regulations. That seemed fair enough. The service was.prompt and efficient. Good value too. Very reassuring the mechanic showed me the protective coverings in my car to prevent any transmission of Covid to me. Great service. 👍

Since dropping my car off at 8:00am, I had a phone call a couple of hours later telling me what needed done. They didn’t try and hide anything, very honest and open about what needed to be done. Always really happy with the service we get from everyone at Meadowfield. We use them for small regular stuff and much bigger jobs and major services instead of the main dealer, as we feel much more confident that we’ll get a better result without any hassle. As a key worker they have kept me on the roads with Mot, servicing and most recently sorted out a suspension issue on the same day I booked it in to have my car looked at. First time I’ve used these guys although very local to me. On this occasion they fitted 4 new Hankook Winter Tyres that I had requested, following some fairly extensive research. Dropped the car, went for a coffee in Ponteland and an hour later the job was complete. Will also use them for regular servicing now the car is out of manufactures warranty - Recommend!

This week, they have gone above and beyond to help when i ended up stuck on the roadside in the middle of northumberland with a flat tyre - with three children in the car. Excellent little garage with real dedication to service. They are always honest if a job is too big for them and refer you to one of the larger garages if they don't think they can do 100% which really gives you a feeling of security. They have a lovely French bulldog at reception, usually asleep, and I don't mean the reception girl who is very helpful and wide awake and English!

Just had my car MOT'd today and i waited while it was done, was treated to a free tea/coffee. It needed a drop link on the front which was ordered and fitted same day. Had a slowly deflating tyre from a screw. I had taken it to a well known tyre specialist centre who said it couldn't be removed and I'd need a new tyre. Got a second opinion from Meadowfield where it was booked in the next morning, screw removed and tyre repaired within 30 mins. Saved me over £240. Will use all the time now.
