WOW what an excellent service from start to finish. Very polite gentleman came out to my house and advised me that the repair would need to be done at the Workshop to make sure the front camera was alined correctly. The service for booking in couldn't have been better with quick, friendly, communication via text message. I asked if I could 'work' from the waiting room and wait, they have been so accommodating with this and even provided free wifi!! A truly friendly professional service. Highly recommend.

Nice and easy to book in via Hastings insurance for a replacement windscreen, arrived within a half an hour time slot. Dropped keys off, phoned a few hours later with the car parked up ready to go. Thanks lads.

I called the office at 1630 yesterday, asking if I could bring my car down for inspection. At 1030 the next morning (confirmed by a call at 0900), Michael arrived at my front door - he completed an excellent repair in about 20 mins, successfully rendering a large internal crack almost invisible. He was polite, pleasant and effective (as was his colleague in the office) and I was able to pay by card on the spot, receiving my receipt by email just a few minutes later. This is the third time I've used these guys over the years, and they've always been absolutely spot on. There are closer competitors to my home, but I wouldn't use anyone else. highly recommended, thank you guys.

2 guys came and fitted new screen at my home. Both friendly, courteous and very experienced at what they were doing. All Covid precautions were observed and vehicle was left in good order no leftover debris. Thanks also to Dave the manager who liaised with me from start to finish. Good work.

My neighbour and myself both had our windscreens smashed in a recent storm and while fixing my neighbours car the brilliant bloke placed a protective film over my windscreen to protect against water getting through as my repair is not due for another week by a different company! Will be using these guys in the future!

It's Covid times. Obviously not the period to enjoy warm welcomes and the client service as described before, but the man who took care of our car was very nice. They did a really good work replacing my windscreen, even though we had to wait a bit longer than planned. Would recommend.

Had a new windscreen installed but there was a problem with the forward sensing camera which initially showed that it had been calibrated correctly. Unfortunately this was not the case so I took it back. Again the recalibration showed that it had worked but on getting it home the warning light reappeared. Took it to my Mazda dealers who said there was a fault with how the camera had been replaced and it would cost me £228 for them to fix it. I suggested going back to National Windscreens but they told me that they would not have the expertise or equipment to make it right so I therefore let them do the repair. They recalibrated the camera but it still did not work so I was out £228 with a faulty camera. Mazda said the camera was damaged by National Windscreens and would need to be replaced at a cost of over £1000. I contacted National Windscreens to tell them what had happened in an effort to get them to pay for the repairs. I was asked to bring my car back in and they brought a specialist from Whitby to try to sort out the problem. Richard spent almost 2 hours trying to resolve it and they even went on to the internet and found a bulletin issued by Mazda in 2019 which detailed a similar fault and how it could be sorted (Under Warranty). In the 2 days since Richard fixed the problem the fault has not reappeared. If I had not listened to Mazda initially and gone back to National Windscreens instaed I would not be £228 out of pocket. I would like to thank the staff of National Windscreens Newcastle and especially Richard for their help and for the way they pulled out all stops to help me. It is amazing that National Windscreens could solve a problem that the Mazda dealership said could not solved without a new camera costing over £1000 and I would fully recommend anyone to use their services.

Today on my way to work I had an accident shattering my window. after many calls my insurance company gave me your number, I called and talked with a very pleasant and helpful gentleman who was assured me that someone would be at my house at 5pm sure enough prompt 5 the engineer arrived and immediately started on the repair. It was all done so efficiently cleaning up all the glass which was all over. I was very impressed overall and I most certainly will recommend National Windscreens to everyone. One firm told me I would have to wait a week to have it repaired.! Thank you again. the engineers name was Dave Pringle

Windscreen replaced at their premises. Excellent service, very efficient and friendly staff to boot. No-one wants to have to replace a windscreen but if you do need to, these guys will do a great job as fast as its possible and no hassle.
