D. C.I had the car in this morning and dropped it off around 09:00. Spoke with the engineer and advised of the issue. Within 2 hours had a phone call to explain he had found the fault and advised to take it directly to ford. I then had the stressful time of walking to get the car thinking it was broken to be advised he wasn't going to charge me what we agreed to look at the car. He was open and honest from the start and made me laugh which settled my anxiety down. Top notch bloke. Will be back the next time i need work done as i have never had such great service from any company. It is a local business where the guy won't rip you off and he will be honest and tell you the crack. See you next time.
