I used Regent Autos regularly previous with a MK1 Ford Focus. My Son had booked his Mot on his 2017 Fiesta ST3 with another brand name provider due to short notice. The car failed and the quote for repairs was £585 which I thought excessive. I called Regent and asked for a price for the same repairs. Regent Autos did the same work for £385. I have ever been let down before by Regent Autos. Thanks fellas, another lesson learned.

My clutch burnt out and it beeded replacing. I live in Cumbria and my car was left with them in Newcastle. They took it in from the RAC and got the job done in one day. Amazing turn around time despite being a big job and then explained what the issue was and what they did in detail. I would definitely recommend them.

Had a broken water pump and being a nurse needed my car back on the road ASAP and all nearby garages were quoting days. They called me back and offered to collect the car, repaired on the same day and delivered it back. Can't fault that service at all so I've booked in for annual service and MOT when due. My Daughter took her car in because part of the exhaust was blowing, as they were stripping the faulty part off they had someone go and collect the replacement. Upshot was the car was fixed within an hour and for a really good price. We always use this garage as you can always depend on them.

These guys were excellent: they were honest, they explained everything they were doing without patronising me and without making me feel ‘inadequate’ - as a man who knows very little about cars this can often be the case in other garages! They made huge efforts to find cheap supplies and the job ended up under their quote; they also went out of their way to provide me with a courtesy car and to keep me updated as the job progressed. Our clutch started slipping as we set off on holiday, these guys took us in on short notice and got a new clutch fitted the day it was dropped off. Very fair price and great staff.
