Asked Marty to come and take a look at my car as it wasn’t starting. Tried jumping it to no avail. He was professional and diagnosed it needed a new battery. Supplied and fitted on the day and even checked the alternator too. Highly recommend.

Heaters wouldn't work on my van fixed it it 10 minutes. But mostly I love the fact he fixes your van or car outside of work or home. Absolute game changer. I'll recommend him to everyone I know. Lovely fella aswell

Had an issue with rodent damage to wiring loom - potentially incredibly expensive to repair through a main dealer - following discussions and sharing a few pictures of the damage they repaired the car on site in approx half an hour and saved me a huge amount of money - really pleasant guy to deal with and six weeks down the line have had no further issues - have already recommended to friends and neighbours

Exceptional service, said a time, phoned before heading over, arrived at the time he said, diagnosed and fixed an issue thats been annoying me for 9 months in 20 minutes, charged me less than the taxi fare to and from my normal local garage. What more can you ask for, top guy.

Nice guy. Good communication. Keen to help fix a stubborn electrical issue. Did some detective work. Ultimately decided to change the the main battery which he did later that day - although certainly not cheap compared to the mobile battery change service from Halfords. So, I’d hire Matty again for certain jobs but probably not ones that Halfords etc can do, as they’re probably a lot cheaper. hired matty again in march 2022 to change a door latch mechanism. very happy with the service. efficient and was reasonably priced.

Excellent work. I called at 8am as car wouldn't start, he came out as arranged at 1pm, diagnosed the problem as a battery at the end of its life (wouldn't hold a charge). Replaced it there and then. Car working better than ever!

This company are amazing. No messing about, very prompt, arrive on time, quickly diagnose the problem and had my problem resolved within the hour. I had Matty the mechanic carry out my work on 2 separate occasions for 2 different jobs and spot on service every time. One of my jobs he diagnosed really early which nobody else has been diagnose within a 2 year period, problem now fixed and I'm so happy, my car feels brand new. Honestly i can't recommend these guys enough and from the comfort of my own home, all i can say is thank you very much. Have had an electrical fault on a Volvo. Took it to a Volvo specialist who couldn't solve the issue but recommended RJ auto services. Matty came out to look at the problem, he was on time, personable and solved the issue almost straight away. No waiting around all day for a call from a mechanic, absolutely fantastic service.

First time I have used a mobile mechanic and was very impressed. A pleasant young chap called Matty came out and changed the suspension spring on my Citroen Picasso. Cracked straight on with the job with no problems. Charged less than my local garage. Would use again and recommend.

Phoned these guys up on Monday about a gear linkage problem with my 207. Matty came out the following Wednesday and managed to find the problem in no time (luckily it wasn't too serious), and got me back on the road. Very friendly and efficient service with good prices, would use again!

Absolutely fantastic. I called up about my broken horn and was told that someone would be with me within 3 hours, they arrived in 2 hours. I was then told that fixing my horn should take about an hour and it was done in 30 minutes. The price was so reasonable and was exactly what I was quoted over the phone with no added extras once they arrived. Would definitely recommend.

Came sooner than expected. Diagnosed the problem in a couple of minutes... Even after another garage had missed or not even checked! Resolved the issue incredibly fast! Would definitely use again! Highly recommend!

I don't usually leave reviews but chose to use this mechanic due to reading Google reviews and felt it important to contribute to his reputation. My suspension spring broke and car was not drivable. Called RJ Mobile Auto who offered to come same day. As I was unable, he came early at 8:30am on Monday to repair car so I could use it for work. Job completed in less time than quoted and for no further cost than quoted. Nice and pleasant fella who I will recommend and would use again, although I hope I don't need to.

Rich is the most genuine guy you will meet and happens to be an excellent mechanic too. His prices are great and his service superb. Why take your car to a main dealer pay more and get awful service. I never hesitate to recommend Rich to friends, family and even my customers!!!

To be fair and honest, I already knew what was wrong with my screen washer before making the call to yourselves and I remember telling you what I needed done. What I did not expect was the on the spot decision to charge me a call-out fee which no one told me about. That was very distressing to me. But, I'll take that back if it makes any difference.

Couldn't recommend RJM enough. I sent him a message via Facebook and had a response within seconds! Following this I was accommodated within a couple of days. When he turned up it took about an hour. I got a noticeable performance boost on my VW Golf. Very pleased!

I had a warning light on the dash of my Ducati based Motorhome. The side lights had failed a couple of times but this time I couldn’t reset the system . The lad that came out , sorry I didn’t get your name, was excellent . What I thought was a control unit problem turned out to be red herring and the fault was efficiently traced to a rear unit earthing out . Thanks again . Definitely recommended!

Mis-firing Insignia 1.8. Recommended by daughter. From initial phonecall to fixed in 2-1/2 hours. Explained symptoms over phone - either plugs or coil pack. 1 plug slightly different colour to other 3. Diagnosed faulty coil pack. New coil pack & plugs £190 all in. A lot cheaper than main dealer. Definitely recommended.
