a. f.Having dealt with the main dealer since new I was a little apprehensive changing to an independent. I should not have worried, S & C carried out the service, car had its MOT and two rear springs found broken. They carried out all work on the day, which for me is important as I live 40 miles away. Chris explained everything to me and without doubt I can say I left a very happy man.
Quality work from professional technicians at a fair price.
My car has now found a new home.

I had an electrical fault on my X5 M50D in which all of the electronic systems went down.
Chris is the guy I dealt with who called me 2 hrs later after he diagnosed the fault and reset all of the electronic systems.
All back to normal now. I am very grateful and happy to be back on the road with a fully functional car.

Had a nightmare with a car I recently purchased and the dealer refusing to take it back, I had it taken here for diagnostics/investigation.
These guys were amazing with their knowledge and communication, sending me detailed pictures of the engine and issues via whatsapp, going above and beyond to give me help and advice on my situation, keeping my car at their garage for weeks while I've been getting legal advice and just generally being so understanding of the situation I'm in.
Felt like a nightmare customer constantly asking questions and changing the plan on them and they've just been legends throughout.
I will certainly not be taking my car anywhere else in the future.

So much cheaper than main dealership. They updated online service book and removed service warning lights from idrive system.
Professional and quick, had the car back after half a day.

A.Took my BMW there a few weeks ago for an engine fault and it was quickly diagnosed as a failing timing chain, these guys are very honest and reliable and really know what there doing, work carried out was to the highest standard. Would highly recommend there services.

If I lived in Newcastle I would use them all the time as seem very knowledgeable (years working at BMW) and trustworthy.
