Wow what can I say! Today I experienced true customer service from Sungold Auto Electricians. It started with me arriving at their workshop to deliver my car which was under warranty from a dealer. A curiosity car was meant to be there and you guessed it it was not and even though the car was booked in for 8.30 the dealer does not open till 9.00 - so I needed to wait, to establish my next steps. While listening to them booking cars in and responding to calls it became evident for me that they wanted to treat people fairly. My car had been at the dealers preferred auto electrician's workshop for more than 2.5 weeks without the issue being resolved. You can only imagine my surprise when just after lunch that day, I received a call telling the the issue was rectified, now that is service! As someone who believes in learning from experience the lesson to take away from this, is make sure you have professionals on the job. Thank you Sungold for your amazing customer service today, really a real privilege working with professionals like yourselves.

Victoria the receptionist is always really helpful, and talking to the mechanics Kevin & Norman is always a great help. They will do anything for you and I have been using them for the last 10 years. Will always update me without having to chase them, never rip me off and I cant fault them at all. Great auto electricians.

One of the most GENUINE auto repair businesses in the area. I have used them for around 15 years and for auto electrics refuse to use anywhere else. Prices are more than FAIR, certainly I'm not sure how they can charge so little, it's not a job I would want to do. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Was just visiting the site to see what they were like with reference to motorhome experience and whether they could physically accommodate a 9m 'beast' First impression was of an owner-operated business as workmanlike not flashy, second reassurance was a couple of MoHo's in the yard. The guy on reception further confirmed my views - totally upfront about the size limitations of his facility and the need to remove the Moho at the end of each day whether completed or not - refreshingly frank which I prefer then knew what he was talking about when we got to the electrical problems - he knew his beans and I could see why he was recommended. Let's see how it works out in the New Year.

Probably the best place in the north east for fixing car electrical issues. Gary and the mechanic (didn't ask his name) have done such a great job. At the beginning I was thinking to go to the Mercedes dealer as my car is fairly new and had just run out of the manufacturer warranty. Then I remembered that sungold fixed one of my car 7 years ago and the problem never came back. So I went to them and I am so glad that I went to them. I think in terms of car electrical work sungold is better than any dealers and the price is very reasonable too. So folks do not hesitate to go there if you have any electrical issues. You won't regret.
