I originally found TMC after I had problems with my AC that other garages failed to find. They offer nitrogen pressure testing and carefully explained their findings and my options. They presented different price points depending on my preference and had no interest in trying to upsell etc.

MOT and service carried out. Members of staff very helpful and polite. Paul took the time to talk me through what needed to be done and advised me on repairs/maintenance needed in the future. I would recommend this garage to everyone! Really polite and friendly staff who are happy to explain everything they are doing and are very competitively priced. After my car failed its MOT at the dealership and them trying to rob me of over £400, I decided to take my custom elsewhere. TMC did a really good job on my car and were totally honest with me throughout the entire process. Not only did they quote me the best price by far, saving me almost £300 but also advised me the most cost efficient way of fixing my emissions at home with a fuel supplement before I brought the car in and then tested my emissions for free. TMC are Definitely the most honest and trustworthy garage I've found yet and I will happily return my custom next time my car needs work done!

I want a garage where they will identify only the work that needs doing to the car, explain in easy to understand terms what is required, fix it promptly and charge a reasonable price. I trust them to find faults and point them out to me, ensuring my car is safe but also not to recommend any work that is unnecessary. Highly recommended. Today was an MOT test, car was in for just over 2 hours, staff were very pleasant and it only cost £30.

First time i've used this garage upon recommendation from a family friend. Overall, i was very happy with the update throughout my MOT and service. All prices are very reasonable, and the turnaround time was very quick. Although the village itself is very small, we jumped onto a bus into town which runs regularly too and from Throckley. They will also collect your car, but i live too far away for this service. Will definately be back again in the future. Cheers guys!

No bells and whistles. Just a garage that gets the job done! we were quoted an obscene amount to repair our jaguar door electrics from Jaguar. Chloe sorted out a quote which was way cheaper and they sorted it out within good time. They also noticed that my MOT had expired and did this for us too at the same time. It's always hard to find a good reliable garage these days. But in TMC I have done just that. Had trouble with my car juddering when accelerating this was a tricky fix as it could be numerous things causing the fault. Paul spent time driving and investigating the problem and kept me informed on his findings I am pleased to say my car is fixed and better than ever and without a huge bill. Used TMC for major repair work on my Diesel Insignia, brilliant service from start to finish and the car feels like it has just been driven off the forecourt. Clutch, Dual-Mass Flywheel, CV Joint not easy jobs but the car was turned around in just over a day, communication from the garage regarding any issues was upfront, clear and unambiguous. We have used TMC for minor servicing and MOT's in the past and of course will continue to get our custom every time - There are a lot of garages out there who could take note of the way TMC operates and use it improve their level of service.

Just had my car repaired at TMC. Had been quoted £420 from Irton Garage in Gosforth. TMC did it for half that price. Quality service, efficient, honest and transparent. It's a shame a garage would rip you off in the first place, but thats the way of it these days i guess. TMC is not one of these garages - HIGHLY recommend them to all.

MOT booked for Kia Sedona at convenient time and completed without delay. Very efficient and courteous staff taking good care of my car covering seat and foot well throughout test. Car brought around to front of building for my convenience. The results of the test were shared with me explaining clearly and queries raised and suggested ways to keep my car in tip top condition for the next test and how to improve my fuel economy.Always very pleased with the service offered here and will continue to go back in the future, not just for an MOT but for any work that needs to be carried out on the car.

The TMC Garage, Throckley, Newcastle, offered a great service today. They performed a diagnostic check on a number of potential issues with my car, raised by a larger dealership who claimed the services they listed required immediate work, due to being dangerous. TMC Garage ruled out the majority of the work the dealership listed, as totally unnecessary. The garage also, with regards to the one potential problem, suggested that at this stage it simply needed watching as was completely safe for the moment. If the problem develops, the garage has offered me a discount on any work required to solution.
