Best experience from a garage I've ever had. Booked my van in for an MOT, was running late, called in and the person I spoke to was very pleasant and understanding. When there dropping off the van, the mechanic was very friendly. They done the MOT within an hour, no hassle at all. Just a great experience with a garage.

Fantastic service from Martin. Very polite, called in with an object stuck in the air con / motor fan and was making a loud noise. Martin took time out of his busy day to have a look at it and fixed it within 10 minutes. Very efficient and fantastic service. Never used this garage before but will absolutely use again.

Arranged for my daughter to visit West Automotive to look at a detached heatshield - Hannah and the folks there were exemplary - looked at the car, identified that it just needed a quick fix so did the work and didn't charge. Excellent customer service and clear integrity - how many garages can you say that about!!

Fantastic service, great prices and truly unbeatable. Took a car in and they repaired it with new parts for the same price others wanted for second hand parts. A rare gem of a garage where you know you are being treated fairly and the price wont break the bank, cant recommend enough and thank you for all your help sorting out my car recently.

I called in and asked if the guys could fit a couple of bearings that I needed pressed on to the hubs for my Ford transit, ( I was doing the work myself too the guy’s hadn’t done the work for me ) but TONY couldn’t have been more helpful he told me to bring the parts in and he took me into the work shop and pressed the bearing on for me, absolutely fantastic service from TONY and the guys in the garage, I wouldn’t go anywhere else, BRILLIANT thank you too Tony for all your help

Outstanding customer service from Martin and Janice! Friday afternoon emergency repair having been rescued by RAC. Janice had a 'can do' attitude from the first phone call and they couldn't do enough to make sure the repair could be completed. Martin and his team repaired the car and back on the road within the hour! Even offered a drink (and chocolate!) as it had been a stressful day. Brilliant team and highly recommended. Watch your car being worked on and it was fairly quick as well. Staff were very friendly and offered a warm drink straight away. Wasn't over priced either. They managed to book me in with only 1 days notice. The main office could have been a bit cleaner though it's understandable that they walk around with boots inside.

Great service, great value. It's really hard to find a good, honest garage that's reasonable. I've had quite a bit of work done on my Volvo xc90 last year and it didn't break the bank. Had I have went to a dealership it would've probably cost three times as much.

Got my M.O.T. done there last year, I new it needed work doing, broken front suspension spring and a host of other things, gave me a really good quote, professional and honest. Friendly staff and atmosphere all round. The technicians are spot on, know exactly what they’re doing. Had my golf and insignia remapped here. Both drive smoother, faster and better MPG. An EGR fault was also fixed included in price of remap. Couldn’t be any happier with the value and service. Would deffo recommend for remap and/or all other work. Will return when my MOT is due, Cheers boys.

Having a high roof van isn’t always practical especially when most garages can’t accommodate them, Always had a positive experience with west automotive , no messing about and I’ve always felt under charged, now there’s not many garages you can say that about. Exhaust snaps first garage says "It's your flexi that has gone and the middle pipe needs changed also that'll cost £235 BUT if 'I' can't separate the middle pipe from the box it'll be £320". WEST AUTOMOTIVE LTD says "It's your flexi that has gone" and the middle pipe I ask - NOTHING WRONG WITH IT AT ALL, ALL YOU NEED IS THE FRONT FLEXI we'll have it here within the hour and have you back on the road in no time. Thank you. Great friendly PROFESSIONAL and ETHICAL service from a top notch business. Won't hesitate to use their service again and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing their car looked at and worked on. Thank you and well done

I called the garage following a front windscreen wiper failure. I had a suspicion it was the fuse, but I asked if they could check. Immediate someone came out to my car and replaced the fuse. It was fixed within minutes of arrival. Excellent service. I went to find out the cost and they said a few coins or if I didn't have it then it would be free. I had £4 in change and that was enough for them. They made a joke saying it would cover the tea bags. Really good people. I will go back.

What a great garage and a great find, needed a tricky little fault with a Jaguar headlight fixing, service Martin and his team gave was nothing short of exceptional. Decided I would have car serviced and MOT'd at the same time. I will take that wife's car there in a month's or so time.

I work in Birmingham and commute between Westerhope and Birmingham regularly. Friday 22nd February at about 11pm I hit a pothole while out in the sticks. This caused catastrophic damage to my front nearside tyre and suspension I was recovered by RAC getting back into Westerhope at 2.30am. I needed the car back on the road as a matter of urgency to commute back to Birmingham. I called West Automotive in Westerhope 9am Saturday morning expecting to say Monday was the earliest they could do it. But they really stepped up to the plate the car was back on the road mid afternoon on Saturday ready for my commute back to Birmingham Sunday morning. I cannot thank you enough proper hero's the lot of you....
