D. H.I was working on fitting a kitchen next door to the garage recently and needed my rear brake caliper repaired as it was seized! After speaking to the garage they booked me in for the following day. Completed the job in half a day and returned the car in perfect working order. No hassle good price. I have had a couple of problems with my campervan recently. This van is 2.8m high and doesn't fit into the workshop, but he has sorted me out both times.
Main dealer couldn't identify why 'check engine light' was on. It took them 2 days to tell me they didn't know what the problem was. John sorted in a day.
I had a noise from front wheel after a weekend away. I phoned before 9am Monday for advice, I am going on holiday 4am next day. He said bring it in I'll look at it. He looked, said leave it and I sort it and deliver it when finished. 5.30pm THAT DAY he delivered it fixed. It was a wheel bearing.
Amazing and efficient service from a really trustworthy garage. I'll be back.
C. B.Great Garage - over the last few years have had MOT's, brakes, exhausts and tires all exchanged, replace or repaired at a very reasonable price. Always honest about cost as well - which lets you make decisions easily. They have worked on both cheap runarounds and more modern pickups without problem.

However there is no substitute for experience and in Western Way Garage you have it in abundance.They have serviced and maintained our VW Golf, Caddy and Polo over many years.You know they will approach any problem intelligently, with your best interest in mind. Always performed with a smile and at a fair price.Thanks to John and team who helped recently when I had a puncture, the repair was carried out straight away (no "spare tyre" these days) and with no charge. The 3 mechanics I know them as Big John, Little John and Simon are lovely, between then they have a fantastic knowledge base about so many different cars from a cheap fiat or Renault right through to Daimler's and Jaguars. Simon did a fantastic job was well worth it but I know the two John's are great to. There is no worry about a cowboy job being done these lads are conscientious and honest. You know they will treat the car like it is their own. There's a small shop where you pay for your fuel that sells a small selection of drinks, sweets, crisps & chocolate. Not a very big choice so it would be great if they sold more choices and other snack foods. Newspapers would also be handy. Would also be very handy to have special offers shown for the garage side for servicing, lights, water checks etc it would be a great idea to advertise them for when people come for petrol or to book a job in they'd see the adverts which might remind them to get them booked in. We hadn't realised one of our rear lights were out, five minutes later it was fixed and didn't cost a fraction of the price Halfords, Kwik fit etc charge. The amount of cars going around with the wrong bulbs or not working is ridiculous. You can ask re their mailing list for the special offers and reminders to be sent to you via email, it's free and so easy to keep check on. Simple adverts like this are so beneficial to you as it's easy to forget to get servicing mot etc done on time when you're so busy . We definitely won't go anywhere else for our repairs and services now
