When I recently had a minor issue with my car, I took it to Westmoor to have it looked at and the problem was fixed promptly without charge, excellent service again. My car is a necessity as a single working mum and I’ve had a few problems with my little Peugeot over last couple of years. They’ve always fixed the issue asap, professional, timely and a good bunch of lads. I’m not very savvy with cars and normally very wary of garages but I’ve always felt comfortable and confident calling Westmoor whenever I needed it, they have proven that they are reliable. Updating my previous review (It was still 5 stars) to say these guys are still excellent and the staff are fantastic. They have an online booking service, and they're very flexible. When work needed doing, they call to explain, and send a quote to your phone/email prior to carrying out anything. This is the 2nd year I've used them for my MOT (as well as using them for tyres some months back) after many recommendations, and I have no complaints at all.

West Moor have always been able to accommodate me in good time and finish any work quickly. Communication could not be better whether you use email or phone. Always get an email or text to confirm dates/times/costs. Had free use of a courtesy car when required an extra day's work and prices very reasonable. Clear documentation and service stamps etc. Never had any problems at all. Highly recommended.

Over the last 18months though, David, Martyn and the rest have really gone the extra mile in accommodating my personal circumstances.
