B. W.Amazing customer service. Had a bad experience after taking my car for it’s service at Evans Halshaw. They quoted that my 67 plate Astra would need £700 worth of work. Including almost £300 to remove valve caps that had oxidised on to the valves that they put on the car when they sold it to me! They advised it would cost this much as it would not be possible to remove them without breaking the sensors in the valves!!
Took my car in to the guys at abacus today and they removed the valve caps without damaging the sensors and completed a few other jobs which they charged £150 for!! A huge difference to the £700 Evans Halshaw quoted!!
They were genuine and honest guys who made me feel very comfortable in leaving my car with them and I could not recommend this garage enough!! This is the only garage I would trust with my car in the future!
