L.Efficient, friendly and helpful. David took the time to explain the problem, what the team would do to fix it, and the estimated timescale. He recommended products to use and advised that to fix the ongoing problem, I’d need to come back another time, which would save money in the long run. I definitely felt I got value for money, and I also felt welcome, as it was all done in a way that was accessible to someone who doesn’t have much knowledge of cars!
P. S.The mechanics are diligent and polite. They use proper procedure. Our car has been looked after there for many years. If something needs attention it is brought before us. The choice to fix it is always given to us, with a stated price. Straightforward and without vagaries.
