p. l.On first in impression I thought the premises was a bit small but soon realised that a lot of damage vehicles in a very secure yard means they must be a good repair shop. The office staff were welcoming and very helpful from start to finish. Over the two weeks I was kept informed with updates of my car and then on receiving it back I was very pleased with the great job that was carried out. I would definitely recommend IRG to anyone that needs their vehicles repaired. Thanks

A. P.Having had my own vehicle repaired at IRG Pontypridd who were absolutely useless I was apprehensive about having to use the same company group to repair my wife's car. However, the quality of the job is excellent and it was completed first time. The paint match on the front bumper and wing to the rest of the car is undetectable which for a repair on a 12 year old car is some achievement.
All staff were polite and friendly and I have no problem recommending IRG Newport to anyone for vehicle repairs.
