First class service and value for money. Fixed my vehicle whilst I was away and went the extra mile to fetch parts, highly recommended.

Rang late in the afternoon asking for tyre prices, they called me back withing 5min with a price. Even though they didn't have the tyres in stock, they got them for me straight away and my car was fitted with two new tyres and the back ones put on the front as requested all before 12noon the next also as requested and for a very competitive price. Very helpful and efficient.

We use them all the time on several cars......quick, friendly and open. Happy to do a quick fix if required pending the whole job. Always clear pricing and nice to still see a good old fashioned oily mechanic working in a proper workshop. Traditional garage and all the better for it.

So I went here for my car MOT after some debate. I was a little unsure due to the other reviews on Google, but as they were from so long ago I thought I'd give them a try. I'm really happy I did too. They were helpful, very open and honest about work that needed doing to my car, didn't try to get any more money than they had to. Very flexible with bookings and generally seemed like they just wanted to help people with their cars. Glad I went here and would definitely go again for MOT and any other work that I can't do myself. Would suggest to anyone in the local area to give them a shot if your car needs some work.

I moved to Undy a few years back and have tried a few garages in the area and I will say that I now use Magor Motors as my go-to garage. They are always helpful, never tried to rip me off with work which doesn't need doing and will go over and beyond to help you out. After a bad experience at a different garage (which left me with a pretty undriveable car) they took the car off my hands and had it back up and running within hours. Great service and friendly

Injector went along M4 approaching magor services. Wanted to get car looked at asap as engine was making horrible rumbling sound. Quick google search and up came magor motors. It was about 5pm so decided to take a chance and see if they were open. What a great decision that was. Brilliant customer service, the owner went out of his way to investigate the problem and kept the garage open beyond normal opening hours to do this. As car needed lot of work I had to leave it overnight to wait for parts in morning. Needing to get home to Pontypridd this meant a hell of a journey on public transport, but I was very kindly offered a lift to severn tunnel junction to make the mission easier. Came to collect the car next day, again was picked up from station which was above and beyond call of duty. Car was ready by 5 and they charged a reasonable price for the job. All in all cannot recommend this place enough, if you ever have a mishap on the M4 this is the place to get it sorted. Staff really helpful and professional.

I’ve been looking for a reliable, reasonable garage since moving to the area. My car was MOT’d he with these guys this morning, they were efficient, friendly and really helpful. Don’t be put off by the appearance of the garage. I’ll go there again.
