M. F.As a family we have been using this MOT Test Centre for 25+ years, we always receive excellent service, they remember your name, they remember your car and they always have time for the customer…they make getting an MOT as pleasant as it can be!
As a bonus, they only do MOTs and no repair work…so in the unfortunate event of a fail, you 100% know it’s a genuine fail, and they are not inventing problems to keep their repair business and mechanics in work.
A genuine honest outfit, offering good old fashioned customer service…what’s not to like.

C. P.If you live in or around Newport, don’t go anywhere else. These guys are very friendly and efficient.
My first test was a failure, but Martin recommended Queens Hill Motor Repairs to do the remedial work, which was an excellent recommendation. The work was done and the car re-tested for a pass the following week. It’s worth noting that this is a dedicated MOT outfit, so they have no vested interest in finding spurious repair work.
It would be helpful if they accepted card payment, but I’m sure this will be sorted out in the not-too-distant future as it’s pretty easy these days.
