A tentative enquiry to find a suitable small secondhand car and get me back on the road again after several years of health issues fortuitously led me to meet Zoe Hughes, Sales Executive. I really can’t thank Zoe enough for her diligence, kindness and patience in understanding my situation and needs, and then finding me my beautiful mint green Fiat 500! Zoe’s exceptional attention to detail was so refreshing and reassuring. I have no hesitation in recommending Snows Isle of Wight, and Zoe in particular.

Excellent Customer Service. I can only speak highly of my experience with Snows on the IoW, specifically Sam who dealt with my purchase the whole way through with almost daily updates on progress of all aspects, from MoT test to ferry booking (yes I’m on the mainland). This was the first time that I had purchased a car “by remote” online and I was a little wary, but Sam walked me through the whole procedure, including describing and photographing my trade in vehicle, for which I received a good price (higher than Autotraders guide price and on a par with Cazoo). At all times I felt like a valued customer, not a punter to be milked, I never had to chase for information and Sam did everything said he would do on time and professionally, despite all this happening the week of the IoW festival, which as anyone who knows the Island, makes organising anything problematical. I was never handed over to “a colleague “ nor given any excuses for (unavoidable due to the festival) delays, simply an honest explanation and an unneeded apology. The car was delivered on the agreed date at the specified time in a professional yet friendly manner, Sam kept me up to date personally, by phone and email, on all details without having to be prompted. Snows driver made contact the day before delivery and again on delivery day to confirm all was going to schedule. When will all car dealers realise that keeping a customer informed is vital to the experience? All in all Snows, and Sam in particular, made the experience as easy and stress free as buying and part exchanging a car could reasonably be. Excellent customer service! Many thanks. Ian P.

My daughter has just graduated and has her first job. She needed a car and had a good sum for a 2nd hand car to buy outright. Having visited a dealership on the outskirts of Newport to view a rather poor 2nd hand car, the salesman being very disinterested, we went to Snows to view their Fiat 500’s. What a different experience! Sam showed my daughter a lovely used Fiat. Having thoroughly assessed both her needs and finance, and having explained in great detail finance options, he offered her a delivery mileage brand new car. My daughter was able to test drive a car and make sure it was right for her. Sam (and boss) made the process simple and ensured all her questions were answered. The new car was collected less than a week later! The handover was made an occasion, and we are both delighted with the standard of professionalism, attention to detail and friendliness. I was particularly impressed with a decent keyring being sourced 😂

Having been unable to find a replacement vehicle at another well known dealership on the Isle of Wight, apparently all wiring looms are made in the Ukraine! I was pleasantly surprised to find a new electric Fiat available at Snows in Newport.
