I have always used this company for my MOT’s and have previously been very impressed. This time my car failed and needed some work doing. This took a total of two weeks and two days. Not sure if that is an appropriate time or not. Two new tyres, part exhaust, and new window mechanism. Anyway the work was carried out well and the car runs well. The two chaps on reception kept me up to date when I rung. I suspect the current situation in the country had a large impact on the time it took for completion. I’ll go back again.

Fantastic service, booked online and because of working in Brackmills estate was able to leave car there until I finished. We needed to have a new heater matrix fitted to my sons Seat Leon and was trying to find a garage open that could do it. We applied through "Who can fix my car "and was contacted by Oliver at 08.00 the next morning. We thought their approach was very professional, and they explained what would be involved and a fixed price cost. The work was completed in the timescale with no hidden extras added. Brackmills Northampton 04/05/19. I booked a service and MOT online at last minute. I dropped my car off a couple of hours later. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely welcoming and friendly. Then a few hours later when i picked up the car up, the work was explained to me. I think it's great that car services are uploaded onto the manufacturer site automatically too. The waiting area in the depot was large, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service very friendly and helpful staff reasonably priced my car has always been much better since the RAC recommended them to me I personally wouldn't use anywhere else I had my mot carried out today 18/6/2020 I explained that I was shielding and had not left my home since March. They insured that I was kept save at all times supplied me with a car to go home in when they needed more time to carry out the work required I really cannot recommend this mot centre more . I was really impressed with the service provided on the day. I normally take my car to the dealership for service and mot but a friend of mine recommended Brackmills MOT centre and I'm glad I gave them a try. Staff are very friendly and professional. Waiting area is nice and warm, free coffee machine and TV available too. I was offered a free loan car as my car needed a few parts replaced after failing the MOT. Managed to do the school run and used the car for work the next day. Keep up the good job guys, will surely come back. Prices are great too.

Took my car in for a diagnostic as I had a braking issue. The guys there were very helpful they took there time on the car making sure they check every part of the braking system along with all other parts surrounding the issue. They were extremely professional and polite through out my time there. I then had my mot test which brought up some advisories no pressure to fix this but I took the opportunity to have this fixed by an extremely qualified mechanic. Very good prices and work was done as soon as I said to go ahead. I would recommend this company to all my friends and if I could give 10 stars I would! Honest and friendly, these guys were calm and reassuring when my car needed a new clutch at short notice. They were able to provide a courtesy car so that life could carry on as normal and we're upfront about the cost of repair (which was not as nasty as I was expecting). Fantastic group of guys with a first class service, Used their Terraclean service and transformed both of my diesel cars. They both suffered from poor throttle pick up and uneven running , now the pick up is instantaneous and silky smooth running again. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. The engineer who worked on our car was incredibly professional and took great care of our cars. This is a five star service performed by a five star garage.

When others couldn't be bothered, Brackmills MOT did. Following a recommendation I explained the issue with turbo on my long wheel base Vivaro van, shared the diagnosis I had received from the main dealer, and was rewarded with honesty and the best advice to progress. They not only took time to investigate what was actually wrong rather than quote for a whole system replacement, but they did so whilst saving me significant cost. It would be too easy to just charge more for unnecessary work but this was clearly never going to be the situation. I was able to further ensure the issue was resolved with preventative maintenance work...all at a significant saving to my bank balance. Would I recommend? I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you...what a good team you are.

First used these guys when my wife got a puncture, they put the spare on for her and ordered the tyre. (Saved her day and got her to work) popped back later to have it fitted while she waited. Great Job. I normally do most the work myself on our cars, however a stuck bonnet, new clutch and a squealing belt along with no time has seen my car needing a garage! (Don't let your wife near your car it comes back broken!! 😂) Popped in first thing unsure of how much I wanted the garage to do, but such friendly service and contact throughout, updated on timings and part delieverys, I have had them do the lot. Seem very fairly priced, parts about the same that I can get them and the Labour is a good rate. I was shown the issues, I'm quite mechanically minded but had everything I don't understand explained. Been advised what else should have done while everything is apart and what would only be parts cost and not extra labour. Done a great job so far. Would recommend. The courtousy car is great too seeming job taking a few days. Also brilliant location if you work anywhere in brackmills. Keep it up guys! With my time coming more and more valuable to me I will without a doubt be back again.
