Good communication prior to the MOT, MOT process painless. My only concern is that I asked for a receipt to be emailed to me and after a couple of phone calls I still have no receipt. Since posting this review customer service have been in contact and emailed my receipt.

Great place to service your car, do mot or any repairs. My husband and I have been customers for couple of years at this branch and would highly recommend it. James and the team are always super helpful and offer great advice. I.e. They helped me save me a lot of money by their recommendation to persist with the car manufacturer to fix a fault, and recently fixed my issue with the tyre free of charge. Their service plans are also really good value. One of the best garages in Northampton.

I took my vehicle for an MOT on 3rd August 2021. I was 10 minutes early but they took my car, showed me into the viewing area and gave me a cup of coffee whilst I waited. 45 minutes later I was told my car was ready and paid the bill. The service was exceptional and very quick.

Have used In N Out Brackmills Northampton on several previous occasions - and have always had a good experience. Just had a Renault Clio through full service and MOT. From booking the car in to picking the car up - the service I recieved was excellent. The car needed some repairs to get through the MOT - and I wanted some advisories from the MOT attending to. They kept me informed at each stage - post MOT / Post service and gave me individual work quotes for each repair. Special mention for James - who booked us in at reception - and was our contact point throughout - very good clear communication - and kept us informed of progress. A big thank you for the great service. As said - have used previously - and will continue to be my first choice garage.

Great experience here, twice now! James was friendly and professional and talked me through what my vehicle needed. He also advised me of further work and gave me a sensible time scale to get it done. I've been able to fit in my vehicle twice now on short notice and I really appreciate how I can ring up when something goes wrong (my car is 18years old, ha) and just bring it in. Work has always been fast and accurate to the schedule I've been given and affordable too. I feel like they are honest and truthful about what is required. Absolutely recommended, definitely take your vehicle here!

James was really friendly and helpful - he somehow managed to fit me in (for quite a bit of work) at short notice. Really quick turnaround as well, I only called in at about 10am and it was all done by close of trade the same day! Really appreciated the complimentary video service - this showed exactly where the issues lied and was very informative. Sometimes with things like this you might get a feeling that you may getting ripped off, especially when you don't know too much about cars like myself so this service really helped me understand what I was paying for and what I need to look out for in future. I also appreciated that the quotation was separated into urgent and advisory and that you could then just respond online whether you wanted U/A or both! Very happy with service. Booked full service & MOT online. Dropped car in Saturday morning. All done hour and half later with courtesy call back. They gave some advisories - I asked if they could fit new brake pads and brake fluid. All done same morning with another prompt call to let me know work was complete. I have used this particular centre on a few occasions now and they have never been anything less than excellent. The staff are friendly the costs are reasonable and if they can help in any way they will. Even to do a minor repair or replace nuts and bolts at really short notice. I always have my MOTs done here, have done for years now - good service and they have always been honest about work that needs doing (I'm an Engineer, and yes, I've been to places where this is not the case). Had work done this week on the car and because they promised to complete the work before end of day, they stayed until the job was done and keys handed over to me. I recently had major mechanical work undertaken by these guys along with a full service and Mot test. Never having thought of using in n out before but I will certainly use them again in future. Excellent first class customer service. Had to bring the car in to have diagnostic after only buying from a car dealer 2 weeks before. James was very helpful and understanding, going out of his way and letting the car stay there for over a week while we waited on it to be recovered back to the dealer. Took my car in for its first mot, it needed doing asap and there was an appointment the very next morning which was amazing. Was so pleasantly surprised by this place. Excellent waiting facilities and service. Felt very comfortable waiting here with my 3 year old, could of easily been waiting at a place such a doctors which is lovely. There was toys and baby changing for the littles ones which was fantastic, free hot drinks, comfy chairs, and free charging points etc. The service really was ‘in n out’ in 45 mins and you could see your car being done through the viewing area. I didn’t get any work done apart from the mot so I can’t comment on that but that was also fantastic value and from what I experienced the service was excellent. Will definitely be returning.

Honest, flexible, convenient. When I was quoting for a 4 wheel alignment, they were honest and told me that my car only needs 2 wheel alignment unlike other garages who were trying it on with me. I have used them twice now, prices always very reasonable and convenient location near work, they are happy for me to leave car with them.

Showed up at opening time without an appointment, was met with a friendly reception, after explaining my issue with my vehicle, they completed an in-depth and through check of my car that was video recorded and sent to my phone with advisories of what to get fixed, that entire check was free of charge, and after they identified an urgent fix, they were able to perform it same day, can't say enough about the service I received, exemplary customer service

Had my car mot done here ( brackmills ) today at 4pm, the car is 12 years old now, and would expect some kind of advisory. Had a fail due to a missing clip on one of my steering components. The guys helped out by looking to see if they had a clip, which was lucky for me, as they did. And sorted the problem, enabling a pass for my mot, this was going on 5pm, on a Saturday. Fantastic service - Couldn't have asked for better!!! Driving the 16 miles to work my battery light came on, and stayed on - with various warning lights appearing and the steering getting heavier. As I work around the corner from In'n'Out I pulled into their carpark before their 8.30am opening time. Despite being early, and not having booked my car in, the guys took her in, sent me off to work saying they'd give me a call asap. True to their word, and despite the workshop being rammed, they called me back within 2 hours with details of her ' healthcheck' saying she needed a new alternator and battery (which I knew), plus tyres being badly worn - they gave me a quote and she was ready to collect at 5pm!! Can't thank the guys enough for helping me out in an emergency - glad I've found them as I'll DEFINITELY be back when my MOT is due next year!!! Brilliant service from a friendly and helpful team. Great service. I rang up on a Saturday around 11am for a full set of brakes - discs and pads all round. James on reception fitted me in within an hour and they got the brakes done the same day ready for me to pick up at 3pm. Top service

Don't be fooled - there are no burgers to be found here! Concorde may have gone the way of its namesake, but the garage is now much improved. Prices are reasonable and you can negotiate a little bit. Unlike Concorde, payments are no longer taken in advance. I never had an issue with it personally (credit card protection, etc.) but this might be better for some folks. When I went to collect my car (October 2018) it wasn't ready although work concluded quickly one I arrived. A second visit will confirm if this is something endemic or not. I didn't mind waiting as much given that they've done up the interior of the garage - looks much more professional.

Friendly staff - Amazing Facilities (Coffee Machine, Plugs, Wifi, Nice stool/table area) Can view your car through a window whilst the work is being done. I had an MOT completed and found the garage to be reasonably priced, although the car failed the MOT the issues were genuine and the car was booked in the same day to get the faults rectified for a good price. The only problem I had is with the Wheel Alignment I had done I was promised a call back by the "Upstairs Staff" and this never happened therefore I cannot give you the full five stars. However the ground staff are great and know their stuff. - update after the review response - 3 stars It seems these reviews are not read and are based on a star rating. I have therefore dropped this to 3 stars due to the fact the response was automated. Further Update 4 stars I showed up following a tyre split after hitting a pothole so I had the car taken here by the RAC. I came in the following morning as it was delivered out of hours and asked if they would be able to fit a new tyre on the same day; they could. Great service.

I arrived just before my appointment time, shown through to a comfortable waiting and Mot viewingg area with free coffee facilities. As it says on the tin I was In n Out within the hour. I Cannot recommend these guys and girls highly enough.

I used In N Out Brackmills to fix my Volvo’s boot as it wouldn’t open at all. They quickly diagnosed the fault and spoke directly with the warranty company to gain approval om my behalf. They ordered a genuine Volvo part and fitted it the next day. I also asked for my tracking to be checked as the car felt vague to drive. Marcus carried out a 3D 4 wheel alignment check and adjust for me. Its made such a difference to how it drives and handles, it’s so positive (thank you Marcus). What a great friendly knowledgeable garage, highly recommend using them.

Took my car in for a service, boost pipe change and an issue with the DPF. Advisories on the service were useful with no hard sell. Major issue with the DPF in the end which meant I couldn't drive it home from here. I was allowed to keep the car there over the weekend whilst they had another look at it on the Monday. DPF regen sorted the issue thankfully, with out a major cost involved. All very helpful, understanding and friendly staff. This is now my go to garage for MOT's, servicing and repairs. Highly recommended and competitive, with free coffee!

Came here to get a replacement door lock actuator said the part would be expensive if sourced from bmw but feel free to source your own and we’ll fit it today. I did source my own and came back to the centre after a lengthy drive and a lot of time wasted to be told oh no we can’t fit second hand parts!!! Would’ve been nice to know this before you sent be on a wild goose chase sourcing a part from a scrap yard which was under warranty. What a let down. Update - after a call to head office the part is being fitted under a waiver.
