I booked an MOT and service through AA and they hadn’t confirmed the booking with the garage. I needed my car for the next day and despite having a full diary, they managed to fit me in. Did the full mot and service and I had my car back by the afternoon. They were lovely and I was really pleased with the quick and friendly service.

Went to have the car MOT and Full Service at the Towcester Rd Centre in Northampton. The Customer Service received from Olly was really good, explaining what would be done and approximately how long it would take. Was exactly done in the same time as mentioned and was ‘In & Out’ Would have normally gone to the dealership, however the cost was a lot more reasonable and the service was fantastic. Thanks again and will recommend for family and friends

Great service and very good staff. Unfortunately the website wasn't clear on fully synthetic engine oil. I think you should have included it in the price. You were only £30 cheaper than the Citroen dealer in the end. Can't fault the staff though they were great. Be Aware on the oil charge????

Excellent service and great communication. I had to reschedule several times due to my car being part of a manufacturer recall and it was no problem at all for them. Kept in regular contact and even called me proactively to see if there was any news and whether we would need to move again. 3 hours for front and rear discs and pads plus an MOT and was sitting waiting all clean when I came to collect. Will be my garage of choice from now on for both mine and my wifes cars. Even an option to spread cost over several months interest free for those bigger jobs that need doing which makes sense to me. Highly recommend!!

Have been using in 'n' out for a number of years now, I always take my car for a service and MOT always very pleased. I need a new headlamp for my car. Chris the guy on the phone was very helpful & Ben fitted it for me. Waited about 10 minutes which wasn,t bad considering the waiting room was full quite full. Would always recommend this garage.

I can totally see where they get their 'IN 'n' OUT' name from! After a local mechanic failed to figure out what was wrong with my car but still charged me £45, I looked online to find a place with good reviews and found this place.. they booked me in on the day I called and had my car fixed within an hour and a half including getting in the new part i needed!!? I am so happy to have my car working after two weeks being sat in my driveway! I will definitely be recommending this place and will definitely be returning if i ever need anything more done.. Great customer service - the car initially failed the MOT due to a lightbulb not working, however the bulb was changed and fitted at no cost at all - thank you to the staff. I would certainly recommend them to everyone - and already have to my brother!

brilliant company which has helped me out for a number of yrs with my minibus/van. Was a bit disappointed that I had to wait nearly 2 hrs for my mot to be completed, as I had booked my slot! Plus they won't do all the welding work needed, so I have to go elsewhere. But overall the staff are brilliant and very welcoming and polite, taking time to explain any info when needed.

I have just used this garage for my MOT and service once again as I have been doing for the past few years. I've never had any problems with the customer service and find them reliable and trustworthy. It is not always easy for females to find honest garages with staff that explain works needed or mechanical processes in layman's terms but they do just this and ensure you understand everything and all without the added pressure of being forced into unnecessary repairs. This is now my garage of choice and will continue to be and I highly recommend them.

My car was in for a repair picked up on the MOT. Unfortunately the mechanic damaged something else during the repair meaning my car had to be left there overnight. I have still given them 4 stars because they were very honest and apologetic about their mistake, fixed it as soon as the part came in at no extra cost to me and had the car cleaned inside and out.

If I could give more stars I would! Ian, Nick and the team here are fantastic. My cars DPF filter wasn't regenerating itself and after a few attempts at regenerations they discovered it needed a new part that was sourced and fitted quickly and at reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend.

Been using the company for nealy 3 years and continue to be impressed with the courteous efficient MOT/servicing on our two vehicles which we have on a Gold programme. Comprehensive reports on work undertaken much appreciated so service history very complete. Quoted work always competative with no pressure sales techniques applied.

Took my car in as was told by Peugeot it needed a new catalytic converter on a 4 year old car with less than 38,000 miles. Peugeot quoted me £1200! In'N'Out told me it is not necessary, the emissions were absolutely fine and the likely problem was from a recent throttle sensor issue which has caused excess fuel in the catalytic converter and will burn itself out eventually. This was explained to me very clearly from a very knowledgeable staff member. They could have got 100's of pounds from me but instead didn't charge me anything but a cheap diagnostic test. Really appreciate the honest service and would certainly recommend others to go here.

Used in'n'nout twicew recently and both experiences were refreshing. The first occasion was after the car went bang and lost power, it was a suspected turbocharger fault, however they found it to be a pipe that has become detached and reattached it free of charge. That is a big plus for honesty as they could have easily charged for a new turbo adn I would have been none the wiser. The second occasion was for an MOT, they found a majot fault with teh CV joint gaiter not having a clip to keep it secure. They fixed it there and then for no extra charge. A refreshing change from garages that always charge extra for anything.

Very surprised that it took an hour to fit two tires, especially as I was the only customer for 45 minutes of that. Disappointed that although the staff put a paper floor mat down, I had to clean dirty boot marks off my light grey carpet and plastic door sill. A little more care should be taken with customers vehicles. Other than that, and having huge amounts of dealing gel / paste around the wall of one of the tires, it was ok.
