Michelle, who checked my car over, was very polite and friendly and explained everything she was checking. Everything was fine, so we weren’t in there for long. A. D. V.Great Service from the Kwik Fit team today. Came in with left rear slow puncture on a tyre that had only done 2000miles. No booking needed. They identified the puncture, fortunately it was repairable, which they did quickly at a very reasonable cost. Very happy with the service today so would like to thank all the team there.

I. R.Had issues with my exhaust (sounded like a boy racer) and really struggled to find somewhere to fit me in as it was bank holiday weekend. Called up and they were able to fit me in super quick, it was pretty much next day. I was pretty worried about being ripped off as this was my first time going to a garage on my own and I’m female haha, so expectations were pretty low. Also thought I’d be without a car for a few days at least. Within two hours of dropping it off, Des (I think) called and told me exactly what the problem was and gave me a quote. Three hours after the go ahead, he called me and told me it was sorted and the final price was £100 less than the original quote. All running smooth since then. Thanks so much guys for your hard work and getting it sorted so quickly. Won’t go anywhere else now 😄 definitely recommend!

I have used Kwikfit for many years for all my car's servicing, MOTs and tyres.
I have never been disappointed. Even when I have a query they are always helpful.
The week before this MOT my car was making a rattling noise. I took it in. They took it for a short spin, found the problem, fixed it within an hour and did not charge me!
Now that is service.

The car was taken in for an MOT, I also had major defects to repair on my car they mange to finish on time and I picked it up exactly the time they gave me. D. N.Excellent price on a pair of Goodyear tyres compared to other fitters local to me. Booked a time slot online and paid for the tyres and fitting online. Arrived on time to have them fitted, was told it would be a 1- 1:30 min to fit them. Surprised as I had a booked confirmed time slot. So I went for walk. Phone call from Kwik Fit 1 hour later saying that they are fitted and would I like to have the tracking done as they had noticed that one of the front wheels was out. Chap said he would do it for £49 which is £20 off the recommended price. I said is that a four wheel alignment, he said no as the rear wheels are on a fixed axle ( which I was aware of) I said no as a local garage to me charges £29 for a front wheel alignment.
Alignment charges are extremely expensive, best to shop around if you need it done.

M. S.Used this Kwik Fit for the last few times I've needed tyres replacing/repairing. The prices are similar to other major tyre outlets, but what sets this branch out of the others is the service. They provide consistently good advice, even if it means offering a cheaper product/service, even fixing a puncture rather than insisting a new tyre is the only option. Will definitely be returning in the future for any other new tyres.

K. R.Staff were helpful and polite and efficient at getting my MOT done. However despite the current government restrictions, several staff were seen having a smoking break less than 2 metres apart with no masks. Also had a sign saying that customers should wear a mask inside but they let a young person in their construction work uniform sit in the waiting area with no mask on. Cannot fault the work they do and how they treat their customers, but best to spend as little time on their site as you can get away with under the current circumstances.

S. K.Service is good as would be expected from KwikFit but their "System" needs improvements (huge improvements); the Techies are superb but, and again, "hindered" because of their pathetic System. C. L.Had pre-booked appointment for air con re-gas. The Depot was heaving on my arrival ( and continued that way for the hour and a bit I was there for ), but my car was taken within 10 mins of arrival ( I was early ).
The Staff were pleasant and professional throughout, especially given their seemingly never ending workload.
The job was carried out without a hitch, and depot reception staff took the trouble to treat me as a person.
The depot waiting area was clean and tidy, and I saw other customers getting updates on their vehicles.

H. R.Our car had developed a very worrying rattle on our way up north. Kwik fit staff fitted us in very quickly, despite being very busy, did a test drive and had it up on the ramp. Thankfully only issue was with the heat shield that they re-fixed and did not charge for any of this. Thank you Kwik Fit!
C. R.9 hours to do a service and mot because of waiting for an air filter to be delivered when the service had been booked for almost 2 weeks is hardly "kwik" work.
No phone call to say that the car was ready to be picked up, luckilybi made my own way down (30 minutes) and got there half an hour before closing. A complimentary wash after a £200 service would have been nice
J. S.Came in after I had a tyre fitted from an Independent garage that kept deflating over 4 days. I couldn’t get hold of the person that fitted it and other garages didn’t want to look at it so my last resort was Kwik Fit. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name, but I believe it was the manger I spoke with, and he came straight out and had a look and they got it straight on the ramp. I was told it could potential need a new tyre which I was prepared for... turns out it was a puncture which they repaired for FREE!! The gentleman that I spoke with was such a nice guy and to repair it for free was fantastic! Never been to them before, but I’ve already booked my car in for a service at the end of the month! Seem like a great bunch of lads! Definitely coming back!

Competitive prices but downside was time to wait to replace 2 tyres......unable to do puncture repair on tyre due to damage being over the permitted size (that aspect totally understood) but reason also given was due to tyre liquid repair being used...... which is actually compatible with repair according to manufacturer, kwik fit website also suggests repair after sealant possible. So is this a local franchise's policy not to? Result: had to purchase new rubber from them......had to match other tyre same axle so x 2. :(
W. G.Booked online to have 3 tyres done as a very good price was being promoted online. I arrived 15 minutes early. Everyone was very pleasant and there was free coffee. Nothing else though except yesterdays newspaper to read and the waiting area is just a small table behind the receptionists desk. The work was done well enough though so no complaints on that side. The only big issue was that I was there for an hour and a half. Too long really and I’m not sure I would go there again or if so I would just go for one tyre maybe.
S. J.Booked and paid online which was very straightforward. Car seen on time, fault was checked and confirmed, part replaced and was on my way within the hour. Comfortable waiting area, coffee etc if you wanted it, everyone very pleasant and polite.
N. B.Booked to have 4 new tyres. Only fitters to be able to supply Michelin Cross Climate SUV tyres. Although very busy the manager Ryan kept me informed of progress. Despite the wait the service, particularly from Ryan, was excellent. Really good job and I got a discount for purchasing 4 Michelin's.

M. M.MoT and AirCon regassing appointment. All going well with the appointment (nice waiting area to work from, free coffee, friendly staff). Then had an issue with the regassing which left me without AirCon. However, Ryan arranged for this to be sorted out a couple of days later: thoroughly tested and issue resolved without charge due to the inconvenience. Wasn't happy with the initial issue, but these things happen, and can't fault how this was dealt with afterwards.

Attended and they didn't have my size tyres in stock had to go back a few days later... wasted trip the first time. Not helped when I raised this to be answered, well we had to check you needed new tyres. But I called to book in for new tyres... 🙄 only for the chap to ask me how did I know I needed new tyres... doesn't everyone check them regularly??? You know when it's time, the tread is worn!! 😏

G. H.Busy, fair enough. Drive from Banbury on a euro space saving wheel after shredding my tyre in a pot hole deeper than middle earth because Northampton council thought it was acceptable not to repair the holes but spray paint around the hole maybe in the hope someone mistook it for a Banksy.
We walked into the waiting area, the chap at the computer looked up at us and said, we are busy... my wife says, we need a Tyre fitting please? Have you booked? No, says my wife. Then, we are busy, says the lovely chap behind his computer.
To be fair it was very busy in there with quite a few other people who’s wheels had met the same fate as our car on the streets of Northamptonshire. As for Mr we are busy, I feel your pain.
