wow what can I say about motovation, I advised them my fuel filter needed changing and they fitted me in the same day and had the work completed in no time, i then picked my car up and broke down ( completly my own fault) the AA picked my car up and I took her back there.. and Holly on reception was sooo friendly and helpful, they found the issue and sorted her in no time.. The guys there are friendly and helpful, I dont feel like im being ripped of like i have done at other garages. will be taking my car back here for all work that is ever needed on her. I called this morning to ask if my tyres arrived as blackcircles have rescheduled my appointment 3 times and didn't even bother tell me the tyres arrived. The lovely receptionist answered my call straight away first thing this morning and told me the tyres are there and booked me in within the next 10 minutes although blackcircles rescheduled me for Monday. Half an hr after i got there my tyres were fitted and I was driving off. Very lovely staff and very professional not to mention the waiting area thats really nice and clean. Well this garage is amazing! They won’t rip you off because you’re a female and you don’t know much about cars. My aircon compressor needed fixing and I was there for over 3 hours. They kept checking to see if I was ok (as I was on my own), kept me updated on what was happening and even put a chair outside for me so I could chill in the sun. I have a Ford Fiesta ST 2006 and they even polished my lights for free as they were really cloudy! Awesome customer service and so friendly! The price to fix my car was really good! I had to give them some money for their bacon butty fund. I’ll definitely return for all my aircon refills & any issues I need fixing. Thanks guys

I took my car here today to what I thought was a basic service and MOT. A while later, I looked at the booking and realised what I actually booked was a much more expensive service than I had intended. Panic took over! I called the garage and Darren calmed me down and told me he would take a look and call me back. A little while later, he called back as promised and walked me through what he had done with the car and gave me a reduced price. Considering this was totally my fault, it was something he really didn't need to do and I could not be more grateful! Really good bunch of chaps (and a girl when I was there lol) Bought some tyres for my Passat through Blackcircles and they were my local partner fitters... also asked for alignment to be done as an added extra seeing as I thought it needed it. Turned up promtly at 8:30 opening time on a Saturday morning, they took the car straight in, fitted the tyres, did the alignment, was out before 10am. Brilliant service... very friendly people, went out of their way to keep me in the loop with every step of what they were doing to my car and why. Highly recommended! Only thing I would say is they are quite popular and hence busy... make sure you ring ahead to check availability/book an appointment... help them to help you :)

I needed brake pads and discs replacing, and after being quoted £300 by KwikFit, I was expecting an expensive job! Was recommended this place by a couple of colleagues of mine, so I popped by before work just to get a quote. Was told £130-£150 and was told they could do it the same day. So dropped my key off, went to work, and went to pick it up the same day and only paid £146! They even ordered the parts in as they didn't have the correct ones. Definitely recommended and shall be using them when I need work done

Have been using Motorvation for the last 5 years. They are a small team of professional, friendly guys who can do it all form air con recharge, new tyres, fault finding, servicing and MOT. I recently took in my 2016 BMW 330e (Plug in Hybrid) for its major service and MOT. Motorvation did all the work required at half the cost of the main dealer, they even updated my key fob and car computer with all the service history and next service requirements. Who needs to pay for the privilege of main dealers WiFi, coffee and sticky buns when you can save yourself a fortune using these guys I would HIGHLY Recommend Motorvation to anybody looking for honest, sincere and dependable vehicle repairs and servicing,!!! Keep up the great work, I really appreciate you!!!

There are two types of MOT garage; one entices with special offers then nickel & dimes you until they make the money you saved back plus interest. The other rarer type charges a fair price and does honest work with the minimum of fuss. This garage is definitely the latter.
