Brilliant customer service! Bought a car that the seller said had clutch problems, so took it Mr Clutch for clutch change, and left the car to get worked on at the agreed quote. Get a phone call back from the staff confirming clutch is fine, but an alternate issue, so I can pick up car with no charge! Unbelievable!! Any other garage would have fitted and charged me as it was agreed to have clutch changed. But the manager here was honest and hats off to them for being honest. Great customer service! 5 star without doubt.

Took my car in for a clutch replacement. Very pleased with the service and price they given and making my car perform much better.

I found Mr Clutch very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They fitted me in very quickly, the next day. They ran a diagnostic test on my car and identified the issue. They told me that they couldn't fix the problem as it was a job for the main dealer Peugeot. They didn't charge me for the diagnostic test which should have been £40. If my car should let me down again in the future. Mr Clutch will be my first port of call.

Timing belt and water pump done as promised, in the best available price in Northampton. Friendly staff, clean facility, a lot of parking bays so no needs to be worry about scratches on your car. No hidden costs, no surprises like in the other garages. Highly recommended for all.

I feel like I'm.not treated like a clueless woman here. I feel like I can trust them as other garages have let me own in the past. I would give them 5 stars but you can't have all repairs done here such as welding but the staff are really nice and helpful.

Broke down on Friday afternoon, as I thought clutch had gone as it had been playing up for a few weeks, mr Clutch looked at it on Monday and found fault was a broken clip on clutch pedal. Honest friendly staff, great service

Had cambelt kit done here on my golf gti mk5. No problems what so ever, wasnt upsold anything, work was done quickly, professional garage. Will recommend.

Just had my clutch replaced on my Peugeot 807 the dreaded Dual Mass Flywheel was on its last legs , expensive to replace but Mr.Clutch done a terrific job , on time and cheaper than other places I was quoted , great service and communication , can't recommend them highly enough.
