Excellent customer service, very professional. Came here first to repair my car’s clutch kit; even though they were booked for one week, they managed to find me a slot as it was urgent and got it done by the same day. I went to nene autos as my car had failed its mot. I had the mot done at formula one and was quoted a majorly high price. Being on a low income I spent hours deliberating if I could afford the repairs. I was recommended nene autos and got a much cheaper and fairly priced quote. As soon as I got the car there I felt more comfortable and at ease than I had at formula one. I felt I was in safe hands and the staff were accommodating. They said they'd like to check one of the issues that was claimed to have failed on formula ones mot check. The assured me they didn't see how it had "failed" on that issue. I took my car in the next day to be worked on. They informed me of progress and were very helpful and honest. I wish I'd gone to nene autos to begin with. I now have peace of mind and I haven't had to pay double what I was being quoted by formula one. The staff are friendly, informative and helpful The work done was efficient and great value. I would 100% fully recommend nene autos to anyone for any car need. I'll be using them from now on. Great service Polite staff I felt so at ease. Thank You so much!

I had a very reliable mechanic for 8 years who knew his stuff so when he moved to a different job he recommended Nene Autos and I haven't looked back. Like many families we have to run two cars and making ends meet we are not in the new car market. Nene Autos take time to discuss any problem and are good at finding solutions - sometimes in my case to quite complicated clutch and suspension problems. They keep costs down wherever possible but NEVER compromise on safety. When they've given me times for a job they've generally kept to them and let me know in advance if extra problems crop up. It's the sort of service which is hard to get these days - and mechanics with wide knowledge are rare. I'm extremely happy to recommend Nene Autos. Steve Riches, Northampton, UK.
