I booked my Fiesta in for a service, MOT and brake disk/pad replacement. I visited the garage first to talk through my requirements and was given a fully broken down estimate of the costs. When the work was done it came in at the estimated cost and the workshop guy spent time with me talking through some questions and concerns I had once the work was complete. I felt both the car and myself was treated with consideration. This was the first time I had used this garage and will definitely use them again.

Professional and experienced staff. My breaks were squeaking and asked them to have a look, after the check I was informed that the service(labour and parts) will cost me £600 (this is specifically for my car) if I wish to go ahead. However, the best part was that I was also given an alternative, and leave the breaks as they are, as everything was safe and the reason for the squeaking was the cheaper pads installed by the previous owner (I only bought the car 2 months ago) and if I could do with the annoyance from the occasional squeak, I would be fine. This made me realise that they care about the client and don't push you for a service that is not needed. Thank you for that.

Such a professional bunch of people, had some issues due to personal reasons and was late taking my car in, but these guys helped me out so much by moving the date for me and doing what they could to get my car back on the road safely. Polite, fair price, professional, clear and concise. Just really thankful and will continue bringing my car here as I have been for the last 5 years. Would 100% recommend. Thanks again guys!

Started taking both our cars now and just had Mots. Needed just a few things doing but the work was carried out swiftly and I would say good value. Polite and friendly from the moment you ring and on arrival at reception. Liked the fact someone from the workshop spoke to me aswell to let me know what work was carried out and any further recommendations for the future. Would definitely recommend and use again.
