I am amazed at the service and care from Ollie and the team. I originally called and spoke with the lovely Chloe, who I have to say has the best customer service I have ever had from a garage before. My car was an odd one that 3 mechanics couldn't fix and luckily Chloe listened to my concerns and moaning and managed to fit me in within the week to get my car fixed. I was expecting my car to be in for a good few days and Chloe called me the same day and said Ollie had managed to sort the car with the team the cost was a lot lower than I was expected and I cant thank them enough. Really friendly atmosphere and I want to say I will be back but hopefully I wont need too!!

I'd been persevering with an worsening intermittent problem with my Volvo V50 for two years with lots of self diagnostics and fixing remedies to no avail. Couple of weeks with a very determined Ollie now see's the Volvo running as good as the day it left the factory! P J Hodge are a very professional operation with an excellent customer understanding. Collected my car today following a warranty repair of a genuine Jaguar module (It happens). I understand that JLR were "reluctant" to exchange & fit this expensive module, and that's when you need someone like Oliver (the boss) to be in your corner. Having purchased a ‘premium’ badged car I needed a service/maintenance option to match. Mainstream dealers are far too expensive for out-of-warranty fault finding and fixes so, after decent research of local approved garages, I came across this team. Decent, honest, friendly and helpful in all aspects of customer service. I’ve been unfortunate to have to spend a fair lump of cash fixing faults in the last 12 months, but Ollie and his team at PJ Hodge have been nothing less than the best at ensuring what I spend is necessary and not just vanity on the car. I’ll be back in the New Year for a couple of things that need updating/upgrading - the team were fantastic at giving me constructive advice on future work that may need doing, and leaving it to me to decide when the time is right. I’ve known other garages to pressurise customers in to totally unnecessary and costly on-the-spot fixes. I thoroughly recommend you to go along and see the team if you want some advice or a diagnostic. I’ve personally recommended to many of my family and friends. A+++

Had an issue with the gearbox leaking after they serviced it, in fact it leaked again after they had it back to rectify it, whilst that was disappointing but just one of those things I suppose, the customer service is absolutely exceptional. The second time it leaked they even picked the car up from my house and dropped it back off. Were very apologetic about the problem and were adamant if it happened again they would have it straight back in. Cant ask for more than that.

Good team here, I trust them to tell me the truth about any faults and they are good at spotting problems in a timely manner without panicking one into unnecessary work too soon. I like them so much that before I get my next car I will make sure they can fully service it.

Guys are very knowledgeable and diagnostic was ok, but it's taken them over a week to send me quotes for the jobs, they still haven't sent any, always finding excuses of being too busy. Taking my car serviced elsewhere as not confined they can stick to deadlines if they can't get it right with such small job like sending quotes. Though had big hopes for these guys.

Very good workmanship they found a falt that 2 outher garages couldn't I did have to take the car back twice because unfortunately it wasn't what they originally thought but that's all part of falt finding like I said outher garages couldn't work it out they also informed me of outher little bits I would need doing in the near future very good work nice peoples I did pay for something I didn't really need fixing but fully understood because it ant easy to find faults on so cars I would definitely recommend they will definitely find any falt outher garages can't and I will definitely be useing them again grate job lads keep up the good work and thank you
