Exceptional Service! Can’t thank them enough today for my last minute MOT booking and detailed guidance on service needs. Waiting area for customers neatly maintained. Hygienic and relaxing. Staff are always smiling and friendly. Booked major service for my BMW straight away.

Really impressed with this garage. Having been messed about alot in the past and having problematic cars I 100% feel I can trust this garage. The service was excellent and efficient along with great customer service from Dana on reception. It is a little pricey compared to others I have used but service and trust is second to none aswell as offering a payment plan. Will definitely be continuing to use this garage. Thank you!

Roade Main Garage is an excellent car garage who we have used for over 7 years. The colleagues that work there are always incredibly courteous and take time to talk through anything you would like them to look into. We have used this garage multiple times for anything from when we have broken down through to car services. They’ve really helped us out at short notice and offer great value for money. One of the few Audi/ VW specialists around Northampton. Even had other garages recommend them. Diagnosed car and took the time to look into the different options. In the end replaced mechatronic unit for reasonable price. Also provided a complimentary car wash and vacuum!

Excellent, friendly service when my car developed a fault unexpectedly. They even ordered a taxi for me to get home. A great cup of tea to boot! Update: Picked up my car after a lot of needed work. Excellent care throughout from both Sean and Helen. Aside from being very competent technically, they recognise the human cost of an unexpected, potentially dangerous and costly episode. Very thoughtful and kind throughout. Would highly recommend - very well done.

Amazing service, helped me at short notice with burst tyre and even ordered and fitted new tyre within 24 hours on a bank holiday weekend !! Been going here for years, the most honest garage I've ever been to since I bought my first car in 1988! If they can't fix a problem they tell you, and offer suggestions for who my help. They've even spoken directly to a main Vauxhall dealer for us :) I can't praise them enough.

Can't recommend this garage enough. As a fussy customer who is very precious over their car, this place definitly gets my approval. I took my Mercedes for an oil change and some technical advice and the level of knowledge and service I recieved was great. I watched throught the window in the waiting room and the mechanics came across unhurried and careful in how they worked. They were more than happy to source the exact oil I wanted without any fuss. A few days previous to this my girlfriend had two new tyres fitted to her car and the guy doing the work even went to the extent of driving the car up the road and back to re-torque the wheel bolts before handing the car back. Its great to find a garage that concentrates on quality work and best practice. I always think the cleanliness of a garage reflects the work a garage does and this place is definitly clean and organised! Relief to finally find a place I can trust with my pride and joy! :)

Outstanding customer service - Helen was a superstar. Walked in with short notice with a bent alloy and burst tyre in need of a quick turn around after travelling 100+ miles on the spare (back home at 3am). Helen made some phone calls and was able to turn around the repair and tyre replacement in an afternoon and fitted while I waited. Price was extremely reasonable and one of the cheapest in the area. Highly recommended- thank you to all the team at Roade main garage. You’ve made a very tired lady happy!

Located on the main road through Roade, this garage has been renovated to a high standard. I took my car in for some work. Price was a bit on the high side, but they fitted me in at my convenience and the job seems to have been done to a high standard.

Had a tyre puncture and was able to limp my car to the garage from a mile or so away, left the car overnight with a note needing two new tyres the next day before driving to the airport. These guys were great, they got the same tyres in and fitted them same day and the price was really competitive. Great communication throughout so would absolutely recommend them

I got taken to this garage by a recovery company after a tyre blow out, I wasn't local to the area. They were very friendly and helpful and calmed me down. They worked very fast seeing as it was an unplanned job and the price was very reasonable.

Just extraordinary customer service! I busted a tyre in the middle of nowhere. Limped back to this garage I remember seeing. Arrived on ribbons. I mentioned I was on a time limit and they pulled out all the stops. They didn't have the tyre in stock so they made some phone calls, said time was a factor and a local supplier turned up with one in her own car! I watched it being fitted from the air conditioned office while drinking a free cup of coffee. In 45 minutes I was back on the road, a very happy man. Here's the thing. I mentioned that I had also just run out of safety gloves for my next job and they called the local shop to ask if they had any. So, 50 minutes later I was back on the road with a new tyre, a cup of coffee in my stomach AND some new safety gloves!!! Amazing.

Had a blow out locking wheel nut damaged and AA unable to move it. Got recovered to home address. Mobile tyre fitters refused to attend, a garage said I would have to get vehicle to them. Went to Roade garage Sean came out to home, within 10 mins sorted problem and put spare on so I can drive to them for replacement tyre. Brilliant service no fuss, they just did what others wouldn't
