3rd time using under the bonnet this time for my MOT, they got the work that was needed done quick and professionally for my car to pass. Shaun was very understanding and so friendly. Thankyou once again I couldn't recommend you guys more!

Being female sometimes you wonder if garages are trying to rip you off or make up issues. These guys have always been nothing but nice and been so reasonable with their pricing. Work is completely quickly and they always keep you up to date with their progress. Nice to find such an honest and reliable place to get the car sorted.

I've been to the guys twice now. The first time they had my car for about a week trying to figure out what went wrong and even needed specialist equipment. They couldn't fix it due to the parts needed however were able to send me to another garage who were very reasonably priced. They did all this and didn't charge me a thing. More recently I was desperate for my car to be fixed as I'm due to move in a couple of days and they did their upmost to fix my car and get it back to me within the day. They send a video so you can see exactly what is wrong and exactly what work they have done. They are super friendly and honest and the price is good. Couldn't recommend them any more. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Took my 21 year old VW Transporter campervan in to get some work carried out on it, after first checking online that they could do the work. I was very impressed with the friendly service I received both on the phone and when I dropped off/picked up my van, the communication I received regarding the updates and will gladly use this garage again.

First used UTB around 2 yrs ago based on the positive reviews I'd read and haven't looked back since. These guys are the most helpful, honest and knowledgeable mechanics I've ever used. Most recently took the car in to have front discs cleaned. Happy as usual with the work they'd done, I realised a couple of weeks later the wheel locking nut wasn't where I usually kept it in the car. Went back to explain it was missing ever since the brakes were done and after looking all over the car they were very apologetic and promised to have the locking nut replaced. At this stage I was impressed they'd accepted responsibility no questions and felt happy they'd source a replacement with Ford. Having no joy with Ford, the mechanic handling the replacement spent the best part of a morning scouring all Northampton suppliers until one was found. Point is, where most garages will do their best to wriggle out of stuff they're actually responsible for, these blokes go the extra 10 miles to ensure 100% positive customer service. Always best on quotes for any work, friendly honest service, not patronising and overall can't rate or recommend UTB highly enough. Ed

Contacted UTB when visiting Northampton after reading reviews as main dealer had given me an urgent list of work for my Volvo S80. Gave me a quote, which was a lot less than I had been quoted plus told me a couple of items were not necessary! Job done while I waited which was quite a time but as planned, but I could work using wi fi in reception. Good job, well done.

I have used Under the Bonnet several times over the past 6 months. They have been a pleasure to deal with and not intimidating or patronising as most garages have a tendency to be. Paul has picked up my car from home and dropped it back when finished, making it a convenient service for me. At all times, the recommendations have been honest and clear and I never feel like I am being sold too. From having some terrible experiences with garages over the last 18 months, I now would go nowhere else.

These guys were very accommodating and were extremely helpful in obtaining the parts to fix my Mercedes. Free WiFi in the waiting room helped pass the time.
