Great company. Have used VRS on multiple occasions now for different reasons. I first approached them after my Golf R had a dodgy tune put on by a company that I won’t name. The tune caused serious damage to my engine which led it to blow. VRS assisted me massively in sourcing new parts and fitting the new engine. They then applied their stage 3 tune and my car has been running like a dream ever since. They are always on top of making sure that my vehicle is serviced too, & have done other work for me to a great standard. I would highly, highly recommend them and I always look forward to returning.

After VRS being recommended a couple of times I took my car to them for a post purchase check over which lead to a number of issues being found. Subsequent work carried out promptly and at a very reasonable cost. The car runs amazingly now! Wouldn’t trust it with anyone else and have a laundry list of changes to be made over winter. To put it into perspective, I live in Kent and travel to them for the work getting the train back!

Had sintered clutch fitted in my Golf R. Travelled 70 miles to VRS based on reviews I had read. Fantastic service, polite and friendly staff. Will definitely be returning in future. You will not be disappointed.

Took my car in to get a new thermostat fitted, I normally do car work myself but due to time constraints needed a garage I could trust, when I contacted for a quote they came back with a really good quote, booked the car in, work was carried out well and the guys there really knew their stuff; even helped me remove a few spurious error codes! as a specialist I'd really recommend them, honest and knowledgeable and if I need to get stuff urgently again I wouldn't hesitate to take it back again! Edit: just gonna add to this review, these guys deserve every star, they're a brilliant outfit, I've gone back many many times since the first review and they've helped me out a bunch, really decent set of guys and really honest and knowledgeable, if you chose anywhere else for your volkswagon group stuff then you're definitely crazy!

Recently have been using VRS to map my 1.8 polo GTI. Due to Covid-19 there was a back order for all the parts. Non of this was VRS’s fault however, and they kept in contact frequently about tracking when the parts for the car would be arriving. Extremely professional and knowledgeable team, would recommend.
