I have had occasion to use this garage twice. On both occasions the service has been par excellence. First time even dropped my car home after service. I took my car for service and battery check this morning at 8.13 am and had a phone call at 2.00 that car was ready. They had located the fault, RAC recommended garage when changing the clutch had left one wire loose to alternator. Took them considerable time to locate the fault and rectify it. Owner and young lad at reception were friendly, caring, polite and lovely to feel homely atmosphere with excellent customer care. Recommended garage. Thank you for good service.

Don’t usually post comments, but just wanted to say a big thank you to Martin who repaired my puncture. From the off set he was very professional, nothing too much trouble. Rang in advance and said just bring the car down and will repair while you wait. Would definitely recommend and will be using from now on.

At last! Found a genuine, pleasant garage. I phoned up to say that I need my headlights to be looked at as just recently had new bulbs put in by Halfords and couldn't see a thing driving at night. I took my car to Whitehills garage , they put the bulbs in the correct way round!, topped up my coolant and checked my oil! So nice to see a mechanic that goes above and beyond. Definitely will be using this garage going forward.

I took my car to Whitehills Tyre & Autocare Centre for a replacement clutch and a service. The customer service was fantastic from the moment I dropped off my car. The mechanic Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a sterling job on the work needed, even going above and beyond by finding and replacing a faulty suspension component (with my consent of course). The work was completed on time and to a very high standard with frequent communication. I seriously recommend this garage and will certainly be going there in the future for all my vehicle maintenance.

I called the lads at the garage in a panic over the noise my car was making. They agreed to take a look at it for me the following day. Although they weren't able to fix the issue they took the time to look in to the issue and try and narrow it down.

Despite being busy they fitted in my wife’s car for an exhaust repair. Renewed the clamp and re-fitted the back box. Charged only 30 mins labour. Friendly, knowledgable mechanic. Highly recommend.

We have been taking our vehicles to this garage for many years and have always been very satisfied. They are always honest and straightforward. It has recently changed hands but following a visit this week, all seems to be continuing as before and as friendly as ever.

Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone! Lovely trustworthy people who in my experience have gone the extra mile to help in any way they can. I myself have been taking my cars to them for a good while and will continue to do so for as long as they are in operation :)

great personal service, diagnosed fault with my air conditioning ..ordered up replacement parts and fixed the problem a day earlier than estimated....so ice cool air conditioning just in time for the heat wave...which sadly is now over temporarily!. brilliant service they are now my go to garage

very reliable and professional service, had an issue with the cars electronics suspected alternator fault i thought, not only was my car fixed but it was a far less problem than i had first thought and it was explained to me just what the problem was, i had a few general maintenance issues as well, its good to see that although this is under new management they continue to provide a honest and reliable service, i have full confidence that should i need to return i will be given a honest cost effective and friendly service, dont go anywhere else for repairs, whitehills has always had a reputation for being one if not the only garage in northampton that is honest and trustworthy, very pleased with the new management and service. fully recommend them.

Excellent service, I have taken all my cars here for the last 20+ years (and recommended to all my friends and family). They are honest,! which is rare. They will advise when things will need replacing rather than the hard sell. Example 'you will need new front brake pads in 4000 miles time'. Their pricing is competitive and much cheaper than the dealers!! Thank you.
