B. G.Went to this excellent car repair shop to fix my damaged Fiat 500 bumper after an altercation with a pheasant !!. These guys did a fantastic job, my car is back to how it was when it came out of the showroom. Very friendly and helpful staff providing a high level of customer service. Will definitely recommend.
R. L.I don't usually write reviews for a lot of things, if I do then it's to have a good complain about a product or service, like most of us! But this one is a good one and I wanted to because I was overwhelmed with the whole experience. Took my Jaguar to get an estimate for the work and despite shopping about, these guys were were HALF the price of other quotes. Service was fantastic, dealt through Adam and Richard and were really helpful friendly guys. Work was completed in 5 days, (obviously depending on the extent of your car damage) needing a whole bumper spray, new grill, badge and a dent out of the bonnet and respray. The work carried out was exceedingly brilliant. Made it all look brand new. Cannot recommend these guys enough and hoping I don't have anymore mishaps, if I do, I'll be returning and go nowhere else. See for yourself. Thanks guys so much and I really appreciate it.
J. E.I wanted some aesthetic parts painted and fitted to my car, which i look after very well. Choosing the right place to leave my pride and joy with was very important and i had complete trust with Autodoc. They have done a superb job at matching the paint colour and a perfect gloss black smooth finish. I wont hesitate to go back there for other work which im already planning.
The only downfall is it seems i was the unlucky one whos booking had been lost during a transfer to a new system so i had to re-book and wait a further week and then the inital 3 days i was told turned into 5 days with less work and i then called up mid afternoon on a Friday to see if i was going to get my car before the weekend. Perhaps if id have been called to be updated that i could collect before the weekend as i feel if i didnt do anything it would have been left but this really isnt a big issue as these things happen.
Overall, in terms of the quality of the results, i wouldnt have it any other way. Autodoc may be higher priced than others but remember youre paying for their years of experience and the care and attention to detail and thats why i will choose them again.
O. B.Can't recommend Richard and the Autodoc team enough. Thoroughly professional and friendly service from start to finish. My usual garage didn't want to take on the job when my bonnet release cable broke on my Scirocco and had advised taking it to a body shop. The job wasn't too much hassle for Autodoc who took it on and turned it around quickly and at a very reasonable rate. Really lovely team, will be sure to use and recommend in the future. Thanks!
R. B.These guys have been great on the two occasions we've needed to touch up the paintwork on our Fiat 500. The first time around, we needed our replacement wing mirror cap painting to match the rest of the car - the guys did this for us in a few hours at a fraction of the manufacturer price, and it looked great. The second time we needed some scuffs repairing before it went back at the end of the PCP - again, great work and you'd have never known there were any damages previously. Highly recommended - honest, quick, professional, quality and fairly priced.

M.I had taken my ford focus st , 3 stage tangerine scream colour to these guys and I have to admit was apprehensive as all I read on internet and was also told that the colour is a nightmare to match. They painted my bonnet and blended wings spot on, very very happy with end result.As a result the second time I took my car they done both bumpers and sills and once again top job. Very friendly staff and felt like I was very well looked after. Highly recommend and wont think about anyone else to look after my pride and joy 👍
g. h.We just picked our Volvo up from Autodoc. The vinyl on the door panel had been quite badly damaged by a wardrobe that had shunted forward in the car and stabbed the vinyl panel. The Autodoc technician did an amazing job repairing the damage. Very pleased with the result and with the service in general.
