Power steering failed on my Audi S8 at the MOT bay. Autotech got it fixed within a few days to my surprise, including recovering it from the MOT bay and taking it back to complete the MOT after work had been done. I was expecting a couple weeks so this was great news. They also identified a heavily corroded coolant pipe which was replaced a couple weeks later. Both times the car had been freshly washed too which was nice. Prices aren't the cheapest but you do seem to get a quick and efficient service for it

Had used them before and all was good however recently had my clutch replaced on my passat estate. They were dearer than a lot of people but having had a good service was happy to go back. Wish I didn't,when I collected my car after hours the clutch pedal was on the floor .This was obviously not right I had to sort it out myself as I had yo get home. Clutch pedal wax wooly for a couple of days ended up having to bleed it he system myself. Will not be going back there if this is going to be the standard of work especially after paying 700 quid to get clutch replaced.

Was my fifth time at Auto Tech and never been disappointed! Very polite team! Sheryl is a very nice and helpful lady on the reception, who you have a first contact with! The 2 mens that look after my car, I can't thank them enough! I went for MOT, change pads and the rear discs! Very happy with the service! I reccomend my partner aswell and on the end, he said " very happy with them! From today they have a new client for sure"! Highly recommended!

Autotech has been my go to garage for many years now, brilliant service and always able to go that extra mile to get our cars fixed or serviced on time. Good communication from all staff and they always call if car needs something that was not originally quoted for. Engineer always has time for a quick chat explaining what has been fixed or what is likely to be needed in the future. Workshop is bright, clean and they have all the latest bosch equipment to diagnose modern car issues. With a full service and mot they wash and valet my cars which is a really nice touch. Not the cheapest garage, but confident that they do a good job, they are always better priced than main dealer for the same service level.

I took my car to these guys as I've had the car nearly 18 months and not been happy with the way it drove plus it being uneconomical to run. Ford main dealers fitted a new engine nearly a year ago and even then I thought it wasn't still running as it should've even after taking it back to them 3 times they said there was nothing wrong. Autotech found out that 3 injectors had failed so it was over fuelling. It now runs like a new car retuning over 50mpg compared to low 30s since I had it. I would especially like to thank Steven who was very informative and patient and explained everything he was doing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these professionals.

Booked service on website, confirmed booking next day. Workshop/customer area very professional and tidy. Honest advice on work that needed doing, nothing pushy. I did have an oil leak after the service which I took back to them, they got me booked back in same day, on the ramp in 5 minutes and away again, very friendly.
