Was looking to purchase a new car we had a few ideas on what we was looking for and Simon was so helpful and knowledgeable about every question we had . Nothing was to much trouble we felt like we was the only customers there as he attended our needs however the show room was very busy. I took a few cars out for test rides and even having the keys back from the first which wasn't a prob even tho he had a lot of people wanting other keys an to ask questions etc . I feel that everyone is quick to rush and tell people how bad a service is however not so quick to tell people how well they do also there after sales is A1 any detail they are spot on with should you have any probs , thank you Simon we will definitely buy from you again

Simon, Barry, Owen and their colleagues were great to deal with. I bought a 13 plate Mercedes from them in June 2021. There was no hard sell and Simon was very honest about the shortcomings of any vehicles. I did initially have some problems with the Merc, but they were happy to take it back several times and sort the issues. Since they sorted those minor problems, it has been driving beautifully for the last 5 months. Really happy with my car and happy with the service provided by Blofield Motor Company.

Took my TypeR for a late MOT, front brakes were badly seized due to rarely driving it and needed sorting. At one point I have seen 3 technicians working around the clock to get the job done. The price for MOT and work on the brake calipers was very reasonable. Thanks for what you've done and certainly will be back next time it needs work on done.

I'm pretty happy with my purchase. I bought a 63 plate Peugeot 208 GTi via Simon (the manager) at the start of January. I thought I'd give it a few months before leaving an honest review. The good: - Friendly staff (Simon, an assistant at the shop, and an engineer who sorted a problem I later had with the vehicle) - The price was pretty reasonable (£5,500) - mileage was around 74K. - I was given the keys to have a test drive in my own company - I never felt a sale was being forced, and there was no 'hey, how about setting up a finance agreement so we can gain more money from you?' - It was nice and straight forward, and 3 months' warranty was provided - A good selection of cars The not as good, hence the withdrawal of one star: - On my second drive, having just got the car, the engine overheated and I had to get the car recovered back home as the warning lights came on and told me to stop driving immediately. I'd just parted with a lot of money, and feared I'd picked up a dodgy car. However, Simon agreed to take the vehicle back and it was returned to me pretty quickly (5 days). It was a minor issue with the coolant tank and a pipe. However, I did question if the car should have been looked at more closely before being allowed out. On the test drive, the wheel alignment was off, but this is probably normal when cars are sitting unused until sold. - I've had to replace 3 tyres (due to a lack of tread) and got new alloys due to 2 quickly becoming corroded (the corrosion was there on the front 2 when I bought it, but these quickly got worse over the winter). This isn't to say I was in any way misled, as I had a good look at the car. However, I've had to spend more than I expected, so I'd probably have tried to get it for around £5000 - £5200. I do like the new wheels though. - No evidence of warranty was provided, so you need to have faith it'll be honoured. Having said this, Simon seemed like a nice and genuine chap. - I was offered £300 for a trade in on my old 2007 plate Peugeot 307 with leather interior. Not a very valuable car, sure, but I imagine the general trade in offers are below what would be reasonable. But hey, you don't have to take the offer. Overall, I'd recommend them and would consider buying from them again in the future.

Very impressed with this company, from the first phone call, I placed a refundable deposit to hold a xtrail, viewed several days later , vehicle as described and very nice , part exchange value was fair, and service was excellent, no pressure and very helpful, unfortunately I didn't proceed with sale as vehicle wasn't right for me as I originally thought due to the 7 seats in the boot could cause space issues with my dogs , would highly recommend this company, huge selection available at a fairly small company , very impressed, hope to do business with them perhaps in the future

Top blokes and best garage i have ever used. Bought a laguna from them and is a fantastic motor very pleased. Great service from the moment i viewed car all through sale. ETA for the car to be ready was wed/thurs however was all fully serviced, mot’d and valeted by tuesday. Plus simon even helped tax the car for me online. A small thing I know but one less job i had to do myself. I have no doubt that if i had any issues with the car that they would sort it for me. Definitley use these guys again.

I feel really lucky that i broke down near to this garage. I was on my way to Stanstead Airport from great yarmouth. After looking for the nearest garage we managed to limp our way there. The guys there were great. Car put straight up on the ramp and a quick look at the problem. We needed new belts fitted and a repair to the tensioner. In 90 mins we were back on our way and i got to the Aiport in time for my flight. I would recomend this garage to everyone i know.
